Been using Locals.com for a couple months now. It’s basically a social platform that lets you directly support creators you love. You can post content, live stream, and build your own little community. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do: you can post updates, photos, videos, and there’s also live streaming with chat. And there’s a community feed where you can follow your favorite creators and interact with their posts. It’s got some decent features overall, though it took me a while to figure out how to use some of them.

Look, if you’re into supporting independent creators and building your own little online community, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the mobile app can be a bit buggy at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if that’s your thing.

So here's my honest take on Locals.com. I've tested a bunch of creator-focused social apps and this one's pretty good overall. The ability to directly support your favorite creators without dealing with algorithm hell is a big plus. The community features work well and it's easy to engage with content. But it does have some drawbacks - the mobile experience is a bit clunky and the advanced features can be confusing at first. Compared to other options, I'd say it's a solid choice if you want more control over your online communities.
