Been playing with Locket Widget for about a month now. It’s basically this really cool widget that puts your friends’ photos right on your home screen. Every time someone sends a pic, it just shows up there automatically. Super simple idea but kinda addicting – you get these little glimpses into what your friends are up to throughout the day.

Using it is pretty straightforward. You just slap the widget on your home screen, and whenever you want to share something, tap it, snap a quick pic, and boom – it’s on your friends’ phones. And no filters, no editing, just raw moments. And since you’re limited to 20 friends max, it keeps things pretty personal. Not gonna lie, it’s refreshing not having to worry about likes or follower counts.

Look, if you’re tired of the usual social media stuff and want something more personal, you’ll probably dig this. It’s perfect for keeping up with your closest friends or family without all the usual social media pressure. Sure, sometimes people forget to send pics for days, but that’s kind of the charm – it’s casual, no pressure, just sharing little moments when you feel like it.

Here's my honest take after testing tons of social apps - Locket Widget is pretty different from anything else out there right now. I've got it set up with my closest friends, and it's become this fun little window into their daily lives. The best part? It doesn't feel like 'social media' at all. No endless scrolling, no ads, no pointless notifications.

But there's room for improvement. And the camera could use some work - it's pretty basic compared to what we're used to with Instagram or Snapchat. And sometimes the widget gets a bit buggy after iOS updates. Still, I keep coming back to it because it's just... simple. It does one thing and does it well.
