Lockly app works great! Previously used Yale and their lock systems but have been converted to Lockly with how easy and seamless the app experience is.

Just installed was fairly easy. Found it ridiculous "first and last name" to identify users with character limits that crop names! Looking to see how the batteries hold up.
It's pretty good but can be slow. When wanting to view the alerts, it won't show the most recent until I wait, and then click the refresh button manually. I have reported and shown this to support but it still hasn't been fixed.
The facial recognition is fast and super convenient, and the fingerprint and keypad features make it extra secure. The app is easy to use and gives me full control. Big thanks to May in customer service—she was kind, helpful, and made setup a breeze. Highly recommend!
"lock all" still does not work. I was told my feedback from the previous app was taken into this one, but it's actually worse than before. previously I could get some locks to work when using the "lock all" feature. now every one of my flex touch locks times out every time I try it.
Great lock, I believe the app needs work in that my family should have access to opening locks from app too
don't buy the these locks. the app is trash, push notifications don't work, the guide to get them working is like 9 android versions old (smart manager is android 6 below and current version of android is 15) and doesn't even apply to newer android versions, so the app is completely worthless on any phones that are within the last 5 years lol, they they don't keep up with security updates either so these locks can easily be hacked.
Bought a new lockly visage lock. Every thing in the app works great except for not getting lock and unlock notifications on android. I tried everything to get it fixed, so I have contacted support. Hoping that lockly updates the app to fix this issue soon. Edit: App suddenly started to send notifications a day after I contacted Lockly.
Frankly not good compared to the competition. UI is outdated and makes no sense with the whole owner and user account structure. Connecting to the lock via Bluetooth takes some time and thats expected. However connecting via wifi even after buying the Matter Wifi Hub takes even longer than Bluetooth and fails 25% of time. The integration into Google Home straight up doesn't work and trying to integrate devices with Matter doesn't work either. Overall awful app and I really don't like using it
