It's pretty accurate. Developer is very approachable and knows his app extremely well. A+
Reviews for Log Dyno Horsepower CSV Dyno
← Back to Log Dyno Horsepower CSV Dynovery cool app once you get everything dialed in. developer is extremely helpful and quick to respond. highly recommend
doesn't work keeps adding thousands of HP each time . my last datalog it had 90,000 hp . contact developer and he has no fix everyone I see has issues
this app gives accurate reading for torque and horsepower. Just have to make sure that logs are smooth
Works well, close results to other software and actual dyno runs. Developer knowledgeable and very helpful. Very glad I bought this.
Easy way to test Modifications and the support is exactly you would hope to get from any developer! (But rarely do) Definitely Worth the Cost of the app.
Must have on the fly! Doing pulls on the street and want a really close estimate. Look no further. Close enough to be within 3 hp of my dyno pulls.
Great app. Takes some research and attention to detail to get the correct settings and numbers. App creator very responsive to emails.
I uploaded a 5th gear pull .csv file. I entered all the information in very carefully making sure everything from vurb weight, gear ratios, fuel etc... Were accurate. The app is saying my 2015 BMW M4 with OEM turbos is putting down 800 whp and 4000 ft/lb of torque. Don't waste your money on this garbage app...
Not working for me. I configured everything correctly and even double checked to All .csv files I used shows my car making almost 700hp when in reality my car makes around 310whp.
Car info is saving now. One program i have to edit the csv first, with another it just loads em right up. Works great and Customer Support has been great!
User guide does not list what parameters you need to log other than rpm. *Edit finally found a good app that I can log rpm and tps with out any problems. This app works great for me and does everything I need it to. Would recommend
Outstanding. This is the best kept secret for diy tuners. Simple app that gets the job done and has amazing customer service. I don't know how this hasn't been downloaded thousands of times yet.
If the details are filled accurately and logs are done properly it is suprisingly accurate and lined up perfectly with my estimated hp based off my 1/4 mile trap speed.
First I want to say I actually really enjoy this app. However, after the update I lost the ability to read my logs from MHD and my vehicle settings were deleted. Was this common for other users? Is there a fix so I can change my review to 5 stars?
The application does not calculate even remotely correct, I've added the car info from their page correctly, double checked. It's showing 120hp less than an actual dyno. It's not an user error.
App works as long as the file is saved correctly and you don't have anything logged that conflicts with what the app is looking for. Good customer service though, getting back to me and figuring out what was wrong with my log to make it work.
Just tested the application out. After entering the car information in properly (pay attention to metric vs imperial) and getting a proper drag run in. The results look very good. A good drag run is 3500k rpm 4th gear(manually shift gears) and floor it till red line then shift, continue for 2 more seconds then stop the log. Worked perfect. 325whp from the app (330hp from manufacturer) on 2019 540i xdrive bone stock. Now time for tune 😁
Haven't uploaded a log yet but I stumbled on this app today and funny thing is, I have been trying to calculate shift points on an online shift point calculator with other dyno graphs that seem similar to my setup. I feel like this app will be much more effective using data from my car and I just got MHD for logging (mainly for gauges). With XHP and the ability to change shift points for each gear on the ZF8, this should be awesome especially when changing my setup (which I do a lot). I will make sure to update this review once I upload a log and verify everything!
This app used to work well but now it produces ridiculous dyno graphs. I keep going over the inputs and have everything right but keeps saying my car has like 2x the power it should have. I've gotten multiple very good logs and they all have the same hp range. I've gotten very good at making these graphs over the years so this isn't user error.
