Been using LogMeIn Rescue Customer for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets tech support remote access your Android device to help troubleshoot issues. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: you install the app, then the support tech gives you a code to enter. That connects them to your device so they can see what’s going on and take control if needed. There’s also chat and file transfer features – it’s got a lot of tools to help fix problems. Took me a while to figure out all the different options but it’s pretty useful overall.
Look, if you’re having tech issues and need remote support, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the remote control can be a little laggy sometimes – but it does the job. Worth checking out if your support team uses LogMeIn Rescue.
