My cell was badly hacked. Got a Norton-Lifelock subscription. The tech supervisor walked me through the process using this rescue + app. So far my cell works perfectly. Re Norton: if you're hopelessy hacked like Ive been, paying for the Norton 360 Ultimate Plus program helped. BUT at first I was getting nowhere. Nice techs but they didn't know how to fix the problem at all. Asked for a supervisor. He was great, helped a LOT, transfered call to the next tech-also great. Will update in future

I'm trying to deactivate this app. I dont want it on my phone. I could not connect when HP made me install it to try and fix my printer. I want the app deleted but when I try to first deactivate it, I get an error message that says to deactivate before uninstalling. Its messing up mu phone. Please help!

I was told to download this app because there was a credit card charge on one of my credit cards. I got an email and it stated that there was a charge of $500 something dollars and to call the number on the invoice and they had me download this app and go into my accounts chime and PayPal and during this conversation I realized that this was a scam and I hung up so please be careful who you download this with make sure it's with your real financial company.

Stupid app used just to spy and watch what we do. Don't install this app, if you need help with anything for Samsung Motorola phone when you call customer service they send you to the app store to download that app which is just horseshit!. If you do end up downloading free reason onto your phone make damn sure you go back and delete it it's useless!

It states on the app that it should not be used except by a professional technical support engineer. I am hoping that Norton is able to use it to fix my phone. Technical support gives you the code. When works with professionals write down all information on paper. So if you have forgotten while they're helping you. You can see it. You have a record of it. also keep your reference number for that time on paper too. This way you can give it to the technical support engineer to look back on

Scam alert! This app was used by a scammer that told me my amazon account had suspicious activity and in order to "get refunded" I needed to download this app. Then they asked for my bank account info but hung up when I refused.

I had to replace my old phone and get the app installed on my new phone. The agent who installed the app on my new phone told me that I was getting an upgrade. As it turned out, problems with the new app make it more of a downgrade. The review guidelines suggest listing positives and drawbacks: Positives - None Drawbacks - 1) The newer version has less functionality than the previous version. 2) The newer version interferes with other apps. The old version is an upgrade compared to the new.
