App doesn't work...can't pay for items...waste of time. Going to burger king. I figured out what happened. I was buying lunch and while food was in the cart the lunch time passed which jumps the prices. I had the lunch item in the cart but it was now considered dinner. You need a better alert for that situation as it made it seems the app wasn't accepting my payment when it was because of a cart timing issue.

Payment fails every time I try to submit an order. I get a "failed" message and a zero value transaction hits my card every time I make an attempt. Update 8/4/23: as of yesterday, the app seems to be working properly. Was able to place an order without any issues. Increased rating accordingly.
App is constantly glitching, 80% of the times I try to order there's an issue with it and often I can't even finish ordering. Today for instance I wasted nearly 20min of my life trying to unsuccessfully order, because it kept on saying "no payment method selected" despite it very clearly being selected, despite restarting the whole app and order, despite my 2 attempts of re-adding my card info, and not being given any other option other than paying right there with my "unselected" card.
I can no longer order on this app. As soon as I try to add something to my basket, a small window at the bottom says "pickup details", but it doesn't let me do anything. If I close the small window, nothing gets added to my basket. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but no change. Completely unusable. Now a month later. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling again. No change. The app still refuses to put anything in my basket.
Garbage app is unusable. I can't even create an account. If your zip code starts with zero it just sits there saying that's an invalid zip code! If I attempt to choose a preferred location, it freezes the whole app. Utter garbage! Don't bother! *edit* I tried again and now the app has a screen pop up and say "we found that your device is rooted, please use a different device." My phone is not rooted. I stand by my original review, this app is utter garbage.
The first thing the app did was tell me they were experiencing high volume and to use the website. The reason I DOWNLOADED the app was bc the website was so bad! Neither worked. I tried ordering food for over a half hour with no success. Wish I could have just called but I guess w the quarantine they have the phones off the hook. Very, very disappointed.
This app is now completely useless. When I try to checkout, there are no available times, but they are available online. And since it doesn't show any available times, I can't get to the payment screen to checkout. I ultimately end up having to go into a browser to order, which absolutely sucks on a phone screen. I order Longhorn a lot, but this is starting to be too much of a headache.
This app is useless. We used the waiting list option. Went from 30 to 12th on the waiting list, and arrived at the location to check in the hostess. She said the wait did not give you place on the check-in list for the site. It is something corporate does not used by locations. They can't give check ability or an idea how long a wait would be. It seems to be falsely advertising availability. When times are much longer.
Great until lately. I've used this app a lot over the last year, but lately it's been giving me problems when I try to pay. I try to add my card then it says "Sorry the payment could not be processed. Please try again later". Not sure if it's the app or restaurant's fault for this. Update as of 29April I still can't add my credit card info to the app. I have no idea who's fault it is.
Ecerytime the app gets an update something stops working. I tried 6 times to pay for my food through the app and kept getting an error. I finally gave up and called in and then had to wait an additional 10 minutes before I could place my order. if the app is to be more efficient then they need to do better
