Description
Been using LongPlus for a couple months now. It’s basically a P2P network camera app that lets you view live video from cameras at home or the office. Pretty solid app if you’re into home security and monitoring.
Here’s what you do: you can connect your cameras to the app and then check the live feed anytime. There’s also the ability to capture images and record video – that’s pretty cool. And you can share access with friends and family, which is useful. Took me a while to figure all that out but it’s a handy feature.
Look, if you need a way to keep an eye on your place when you’re not there, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit confusing at first – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on LongPlus. I've tested a bunch of home security apps and this one's pretty good overall. The core functionality works well - it's easy to set up and the video quality is decent. I like that you can share access with others too. On the downside, the app can be a little buggy at times and the UI isn't the most intuitive. But for a free app, it's a solid option if you need to keep an eye on your place remotely.
