App and service is useless. Chargers were installed at my apartments 4 months ago and they just barely got enabled. Once I installed the app I got nothing but errors on just about every screen. Error messages even contain typos. It's almost like this company doesn't want to succeed.

Terrible experience trying to charge at a US Bank location. App installed, but it didn't work. Randomish error messages at the charge station. A waste of time on a cold day when I was already low on charge.

This app is worthless. I've tried to create an account so i can use the charger about 20 times. I keep getting an error message. It just keeps saying "unknown error." Customer service is a joke. No one is available to help, just a chat bot. i got an email about 30 minutes later telling me that they "escalated the situation." Hours later i get an email saying that i need to try to create my account using a different email. So i tried again and the same error message. Its pointless.

Does not work great for Android. The QR code scanner does not work with my camera (though other QR code readers work fine with my camera).

Got the home charger about a year ago. They advertised it as a "smart" but I've never been able to link it to my account or app. when I contacted customer support originally I was told its a temporary issue and to use it as a "dumb" charger it in the mean time. it has not been over a year and still no resolution and customer support won't even provide and ETA for a fix.

Often just doesn't work and the chargers won't accept a credit card, leaving me unable to charge my car

App fails repeatedly, customer service says guest mode is broken. Unable to create an account, unable to charge.

The session fee often makes using these Level 2 chargers as expensive as using a DC fast charger on another app, which defeats the purpose of using a public Level 2 charger. Also over half the time I've tried to use a Loop charger it was either out of service, wouldn't start charging, or the QR code sticker has been peeled off so it couldn't be scanned.

The verdict is still out. The app was a little glitchy. The first time that I was able to plug and start charging, I walked away from my car and when I reopened the app to check it, it said that the session had been deactivated. I went back, messed with the charging station a bit, got it to start charging again and this time it stayed charging. At one point when I tried to open the app it had signed me out. In the end, I was able to charge, despite the app being a little glitchy.

The app is not bad, but it will randomly overcharge you by miscalculating the amount of kWh you actually used by like double sometimes. Tap to pay on the chargers doesn't ever work, so you have to scan the QR, which is slow and can be a security risk. The chargers have long cables with manual wraps that nobody puts back. The system does a $5 hold, which clutters your statements and is a bit annoying.

chargers at this hotel wouldn't start charging via the phone app and needed to call their support line to start. And in the 2 charge sessions, the max charging power were only 5.9kW (190V x 31A), slower than the 7.8kW advertised.

I came here bc I thought it was complementary charging for staying at the hotel. I found out it isn't so i had to download this app just to find out it's a complete ripoff of $.46/kwh. I'll just use a fast charger for that price.

this is an incredibly buggy app that often won't let you sign in, sends an sms code and won't let you enter it, will return to the map after scanning a qr code and act like nothing happened as in general incredibly frustrating to use even in guest mode when all else fails

My Apartment complex has these installed throughout the parking garage. I think because of the concrete structure, WiFi and phone signal are bad. The app loads forever and never starts a charge half the time, and the chords often don't detect they are connected to my car even when they are.

have tried to charge about 7 times using the ones in the complex and only worked successfully twice. app is always having issues. the two times it work I had to uninstall and reinstall. tried again tonight and the app will say it's activated and ready but it won't charge. reading other comments this seems to be a common issue stemming from software issues. based of comments this looks like it has been an ongoing issue for over a year and the same issue persists.

Terrible app, terrible charging systems. I'm forced to use loop as that is what the apartment is using. It never works and now my money is stuck in the account. I've called customer service so many times and they always say they will call back and help, but they won't. I'm not even sure where to go from here to be honest, using the Loop system has been nothing but unpleasant. Edit: After a whole year management and Loop have done nothing to fix these issues. Still a terrible app.

It was not clear if I could directly charge my car or had to "put" funds. I could not process without put. Loop now has money in my account that i will never use. It took several tries to get a charge started, and the display on the Trutium is not useful to see the initial progress. After hitting activate and start on the app, I still had to hit start on the charger. Don't use this app. Just pay by card.

Customer service usually responds immediately, as I have to send multiple help requests when attempting to charge. It usually takes approximately an hour to use the app, uninstall and reinstall the app, receive an error message on every.single.click, even if the button does actually work. I have been trying to charge my car for over a week. To be fair, this time things might have been affected by flooding in our area. But the app is an absolute nightmare & very likely THE most problematic, ever.

It is the buggiest, most frustrating, least effective app I have ever seen for any charging system. My God is this thing broken. It won't stop the charging, it sometimes doesn't take from the amount that is in your account or will need to be started multiple times to work (yep, it will charge you every time), and the sorry excuse for qr codes they use never work. Honestly, if I could give 0 stars, i would.

App won't let me initiate charging session to spend remaining balance without preloading at least $10 more. They effectively stole just under $5 from me. Update: After contacting support, they clarified you cannot start a charging session with a balance below $5, though this does not appear to be stated anywhere. They also claim you can reload the balance $1 at a time, but the app won't allow any transaction of less than $10.
