Ever since the new software update today for Android came out, my lush 2 won't connect to the app. It just says connecting and never connects. I've restarted the phone, disconnected the toy, closed the app, uninstalled the app, nothing works. Edited: sti having the issue but if I reset network settings, that has helped. I have to do it multiple times in a 2 week period.
UPDATE: Reached out to support. Was told it's a problem with Pixel phones and given a convoluted work-around that doesn't work. ORIGINAL: Have to uninstall the app then reinstall if I haven't connected in more than a day. Otherwise it just says "connecting..." without ever connecting. I abandoned WeVibe due to neverending connectivity issues. Looks like I'll have the same problems with Lovense. Two stars because I like the app when it works. Minus three stars because it rarely works.
I recently received the Lush as a gift. I spent 3 hours last night attempting to set mine up. I was finally able to sync the device to my phone but it barely maintained connection. I am not able to send an invite as your app requires a qr code and there isn't one anywhere in the packaging. The instructions on setting up the designed purpose of this device are terrible. This is a very common situation and you have technical support to help resolve these problems. Still waiting for help.
1st, I dont do reviews. I get my lush2 in the mail today, and the damn thing won't link to the app. Now the only reason I purchased this thing was for the remote application that this toy haves. I've uninstalled and downloaded this thing twice now to no prevalence. I could have gotten a similar product for less with all the same modes, if I wasnt getting the bluetooth application. With a color choice at that. This needs to be addressed. Get something else if you want remote access.
This app doesn't fully work the options for live, sync, video, voice don't work at all. I have my status set as available, I have strong internet and data plan, I also have the newest Android update available and the app has full permissions set on my phone and still those options are greyed out, so I can't use them. I have contacted customer support, with no luck at all. In fact nobody has even gotten back to me about it and I have sent multiple messages and a screenshot of the issue.
This is awesome!!! I just wish I could change the notification sound and there were other themes for the background. I also like having favorite emojis so I don't have to look through them all the time. My husbands phone has a LOT more options in that area, I only have the basic...not sure why. It DEFINITELY works close and far. It did take a little playing to figure it all out, but we have it now!! I especially like that he doesn't have to have permission every time. I just have to turn on.
Absolutely mind blowing!! Truly heaven on Earth. Incredible increase in quality of life for me and my partners!!I love the music sync. It works particularly well with electronic, bass heavy music, think four on the floor, etc. Be sure your Bluetooth latency is adjusted(there are "metronome" apps) ... The only downside is I'm pretty sure everyone within a 200 meter radius of our house has been woken up by primal, gutteral screams of pleasure at some point over the past few months. My bad.
Amazing functionality almost completely ruined by bugs. The toys are mostly great. My wife's libido has never been so high, and the Nora is the most reliable toy for making her finish that we've ever tried. The patterns, online play, etc are all great... When they work. The app is really buggy. The battery status is never correct. And the range on the Bluetooth is quite limited. They keep adding features which is awesome, but the bugs never get addressed. Constantly have to restart the app.
Works great for the first few uses but after the third or fourth time, it became useless. Don't get me wrong, the design of the product is genius and when it works its my favorite toy by far. The inability to hold a stable Bluetooth connection ruins this product for me. I want to like it so bad but I think the software fails the hardware. Is there anything that can be done about the connection? If not, I'm planning on returning it and buying something actually that's worth the price tag.
Works okay... Likes one toy (lush), but not the other (edge) which has to be reconnected at startup every time and disconnects intermittently during use. Also feel cheated that me and my partner can't direct control each other simultaneously. This was a major reason we bought a toy for each of us. Also somewhat sad that there is no allowance for patterns while app is running in background. However, the toys themselves are incredible. Absolute favorites of our collection.
