Used to be great, but for the last 2 months the mobile app won't allow me to log in. I shop, then can't complete my order. I keep getting an error message telling me to try again. Frequently it doesn't even give you time to type or auto fill before the error pop's up. Very disappointing. I have done force stop & uninstall to no effect. 7/31/24. Update: Lowe's Foods reached out, provided assistance & now the app is working once again.

I challenge you to download the app, try to find whichever brand toilet paper you normally buy, and then try to find Bounty paper towels. Good luck. Take the app down until you sort it; better to not have one, than to have one that's nonfunctioning. Personally, I'd engage an attorney and closely examine the terms of the agreement with the developers in charge of the app; it's obscene, and it's junior level stuff. Pay pro's.
Can't access it on phone for some unknown reason. Would like to add clipped coupons.
I've been ordering from Lowes Foods to Go via their website for three years. Now because of their new app, the website interface is a mess and difficult to navigate and use. Things like three years of my past purchases have completely disappeared. The cart is now cramped and difficult to see what's been ordered. Unless things improve, I'm done with ordering from Lowe's. How dare you try to force me to use an app!
Great selection and delivery service. Shopping utilizing app is great. Able to add items even after placing order.
Glitchy and not always accurate. Among the problems I've had are that the sale prices are not always accurately reflected, the weekly ad doesn't render correctly when you zoom in and out, it will not give you the keyboard to search, and it makes me sign in every time to get to my list.
I guess they got angry, now I cannot even open the app. I am greeted with error log in again, and cannot. If I could give it less than one star I would. They placed that statement about reaching out with details, I emailed back, no response from them. Another update, reached out again, because the store is local, and I like to shop there, but the app developers are no help at all.
Skips the sign up part. Just tells me there was an error. I've deleted & downloaded the app 3x & rebooted my phone. Several other ( from months ago) comments tell of their login issues too. I'm very disappointed Lowes hasn't fixed that yet. New store near me & I'd love to shop there. For now, will go elsewhere.
This app is beyond frustrating now. It used to make me sign in every once in a while. Then I had to sign in every single time I tried to use it. And now it has started making me do the pick every picture with a bus in it thing to verify every time I sign in. And somehow I seem to get them wrong a lot and it takes several minutes before I can get through security to look at my saved lists. I use this app to place an order every week, but if this keeps up, I'll be switching to a different store.
This app is one of the absolute worst grocery apps I've ever used! So much so that it is nearly unusable, everyone I know has given up on it. The old app was far more functional. It keeps logging me out, the filters don't work consistently, many features poorly implemented. It makes me very curious what the reasoning behind the change was as this is a downgrade on every level. If you need a reference point for a grocery store app that works well for in person shopping Publix is a good base.
Used to be a decent way to check the sales. However, for the past few months, whenever I try and open it, it only ever shows a screen saying "There was an error, try again". Doesn't matter what you do, clear the cache, delete and redownload, force stop, it's always the same.
The new App is horrible. Stopped recognizing my log in after a few month. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still doesn't recognize. Have to use computer to log in for digital coupons and use phone # at the store. Don't waste your time with it. New interface for digital coupons was very difficult to navigate because of fewer categories as well.
Honestly, the fact that it says I'm logged in, but every time I go to look an order, history, or place an order, I have to log in. If I close the app and go back in within a few minutes, I have to reenter my password. It's not convenient at all. If I have to keep logging in, can you make it biometric compatible?
App needs a serious overhaul. It doesn't recognize a log in, before I've tried to log in! Restart, yes that's right restart the phone (!) then I can log in. App works briefly (look at 1 item) until I want to view my cart 🛒 or try to shop for something else. 😱 Again, an issue with my log in and the app crashes. Hire new Software Engineers, because this is a major technical blunder. A pathetic effort by the tech team. Where is the QA team? This wasn't tested sufficiently. Embarrassing
Horrible horrible horrible app for an awesome store. The app logged me out a few weeks ago and no matter what I do, I can't login..it won't even send a verification code to my email on file. UPDATE...finally got logged in but had to create a brand new account. This app is the worst. Can't find digital coupons at all. Lowes has lost my business because of this. As I said, awesome store but if I can't find deals easily it's not worth my trouble.
- Doesn't keep you logged in - Frequently can't type in the search box because keyboard doesn't open - Digital Circular doesn't seem to show everything that's on sale - Past purchases only seem to show a few items (mainly from curbside not items bought in store). - Doesn't show if item is in stock. - Many items I know are in the store aren't in app. As someone who shops sales and makes a list in the app, other grocery store apps are better and so get more of my business.
To hard to use, in the old app I loved the shopping list and that the weekly ad was in categories so I could find items easier. This new app is a mess, I feel like I'm shopping online, not checking sales. Probably just going to use the website and my plastic card. Thinking about uninstalling. Update 3/5/23: logged me out and now I can't login. Useless waste of time and money this app. If I'm supposed to have a digital card, but I can't login! How am I supposed to used it!?
I like that it separated foods into categories when adding things to the cart. The searching is problematic sometimes. You have to be extremely specific with your search or it won't find your item. For example; I searched Martins, looking for potato bread. it provided no options other than 3 wines. I started typing martins and it suggested Martins potato bread. I chose their suggestion them scrolled through 40 items from breads, to wine to pickles and none of them were the suggested item.
ETA: fixed Stop it Lowes Foods, just stop. I didn't say anything when your ads got hard to read because of all the uneccessary added ad lingo and graphic design. I didn't say anything when you started going crazy with Lowes Foods brand items - some of which are good, most of which are NOT. I didn't say anything when every single time a to-go order is made there are out of stock items that I can easily find elsewhere. But now you have messed with the app and I can't even see the weekly ad? Bye.
The only reason I use the app is to add coupons to my shoppers card, but it never remembers me (even though I check the box) so I have to login every single time. And now I have to find pictures of motorcycles in order to sign in. I think it is time to move to one time pins (CAPTCHA is so 10 years ago) and only require them before placing an order or changing payment/login/address information.
