I like it for a quick reference.

Paid, dwnld’d and it won’t open. Tells me “failed to retrieve updated tags.” So uninstalled and redid it. Same message. Won’t work for me at all.

If you work in the SNF world, this is very handy.

I have purchased updates, but it gives me an error after payment. I do not have the latest updates. It’s very frustrating.

I installed this and immediately got an error message.. It is not working properly. I emailed support and so far no response.

I have purchased updates and have not received them, I reached out and no response, so far. I just want access. Otherwise, please take your app down until you work out the bugs.

I purchased the cms updates for Oct 22 and they don’t show up. It just says error 11. Could be a great resource for LTC folks but they’ve got bugs to fix

Not only did I purchase this application once but I purchased it twice because I couldn’t get it to download with my purchase code. It hasn’t been updated in a while and the regulations appear to be out of date.

Perfect and user friendly. I use it quite frequently. Cost is high, but the time it saves me is worth it. It makes access to the regs easy.

New tags not working. I have purchased the new tags a couple times. It processes payment and then refunds payment with an error code. Very frustrating since the changes were the reason I originally wanted the app.
