Reviews for LumaFusion: Pro Video Editing

Danominator

Play/Pause Button is still buggy, has to be tapped multiple times to even work...and there is no audio when scrubbing through the timeline, only playback. Stuff like this needs to be addressed in a $30 app that wants to be Android's premium video editor. Instead, LumaTouch added a subscription service with basic features that should be included with the cost of the app itself. Y'all need to do better guys, you're losing me to Adobe Premiere on WINDOWS and that is an extremely bad sign.

Amending my review since I previously complained about the lack of 10-bit editing and HDR in-app options since I use this app to compliment my MotionCam RAW videos and log outputs, meaning it's coming close to a full experience since they did add it! Now we just need in-app video noise reduction (Luma/Chroma Denoising or perhaps Spatial/Temporal denoising?) as well as stabilization. If they add that however, it would be the most incredible android editor, bar none. Keep up the great work!

It was working well although very slow on Android. Since version 2.3 it crashes all the time. Up to 20 times whilst making a simple 4 minute video. It got so bad I uninstalled it and then it last all my projects and saved assets, so annoying and unforgivable for a paid for app.

Need application optimization when editing video files from external drives (SDCARDS).. Long loading.. Spend time... please update

Problems mentioned in a previous review turned out to be user error. This software is awkward to use on mobile as it feels like it is meant to be used on desktop, but the things you can do in LumaFusion are indeed pretty epic! You can really play with your editing and get very professional results. Worth it! But be prepared for a truly annoying learning curve.

Close as you can get to a desktop video editing software for your phone. Pretty good! Stability-wise, it can get rough but if you're used to Adobe Premiere Pro and it's buggy and corrupting-file goodness, then it's not so bad. I understand that the Android version is behind the iOS version for many reasons, but I expected the Stabilizer feature to be out by now considering there's been talks about its development for quite a while. Disappointingly, it is not. Any news on its release?

On Android, it has a long way to go. Even on the most powerful Samsung Galaxy 10 Ultra, it's not a very good performer. its use of RAM is poor. it's a resource hogger. My machine only has LumaFusion running. its buggy and clunky, constantly lags and creates a lot of issues when editing. they will tell you it's like this on complex time lines. however, the reality is that even with just a soundtrack and a few 4k videos, it is clunky. it does not support the ability to attach a NAS.

it glitches and crashes even on Snapdragon 8 gen 3, but I still love it since I used it on iOS and it was fine but currently on my poci f7 pro it stops responding sometimes.

Great app I'm always abit worry when an update comes out as there's often bugs in the updates but for most of the time it's an awesome I had a bug with the preview screen when editing the audio but the developers fix it It would be really awesome to have a toggle to turn off the (what's happening) notification every time the app opens 👏
