Deceiving. The ap is free to download, but its contents are all pay to use on a membership subscription. No thanks Edit : Maybe helpful to developers since a reply was made. Upon installing, to set up, the first page im greeted with is to pay for a subscription, with 2 different options for payment plans. One being a free trail that still requires a credit card before charged $30/ mo. There is nowhere to close out or to skip for truly free content.

This app is fraudulent! If you want to cancel you have to do it in the Play Store or Apple store but you won't find the app listed in your subscriptions and you'll be unable to cancel. Your only form of recourse will be to send an email to their unresponsive and unhelpful customer support or dispute the charges with your bank. They have been charging me twice a month since April amounting to over $60 in charges each month, way more than their advertised fee!

Paid $27 for a 3m. sub a yr ago, enjoyed it for a solid 4 wks but then I was billed $34.99 from these people! I asked for a refund and sent my receipt but they refused. After the 4 weeks the app decides to just stop working. The videos would not load. So I cancelled the subscription and deleted the app and now I'm getting charged AGAIN a year later. It was very frustrating the issue was never resolved, absolutely dissatisfied with the service.

I was excited to try this system out but wasn't ready to commit to an annual membership. I signed up for a 7 day subscription, but to my surprise, was automatically locked in to an annual membership (at $40+ a month). When I contacted support to request a refund, I was offered a six month membership "at no charge" instead. When I persisted, they ultimately offered to refund me 1/3 of the monthly fee. If your product/service is good, you don't need to trick people into paying for it.

They charge way too much money for little face stretches and massages you can easily find elsewhere online for free. They also make it very difficult to cancel the subscription (you can't cancel in the app) and they will not refund you if you try and fail to cancel. UPDATE: After posting this review, they did take me a bit more seriously, which I appreciated. They did refund me, which seemed fair, because I did not use the service (it's not like I expected a refund and to use luvly for free)

I love the exercises and have been documenting the differences I have seen. However, I paid for a 6 month subscription, but at day 19, the app attempted to make me pay again. No amount of updates or restarting my phone has fixed it, and there is no customer support number or email to contact. I am hoping this is a temporary glitch in the system. Otherwise, I got scammed. There are several free face yoga videos out there, however, I chose to try this app to remind me to do it daily & add variety.

This app is a total scam. I tried the free trial and I wasn't able to do some if the exercises because of medial reasons. I've been trying to cancel for two weeks. Have not used the app at all. It clearly says cancel before trial ends. However there is no way to cancel at all. No matter what instruction you use. I've been trying to email and it always says there is an error. Then today they charged my card 45.00 which is way more than a monthly subscription I now have to fight it with my bank.

I signed up to do the 28 day challenge and was consistent for 15 days straight. While looking around the app I noticed that it showed days that were missed, when in fact they were COMPLETED 100%. Customer Service was no help. The exercises themselves are no good either. They don't really explain much and the voice is so annoying. Do not buy this app!

Be careful.. they lure you in with a trial...and it is very hard to find where to CANCEL subscription. NO REFUNDS. Customer service is bad...and cancellation is not easy as a simple click. You have to find where you signed up. HORRIBLE experience! Don't do the trial...IT cost me $42 because I didn't cancel on time. I asked for refund because of the inefficiency of finding the cancelation and they said enjoy what you paid for..SAD. Obviously they need the money!

It has a good concept. However, the app has a way to go before something I'm willing to pay for. Random notifications without notice of what they are for and even after notificationsetting was turned off, and it was not a reminder for the daily routine. Has the same routine every day. too expensive for videos you can find for free on youtube.

I'm not a great App user, but when I figured out that I actually had access to a LOT of other programs, I was pleased, but frustrated that I could not seem to move forwards in the way I wanted to on the app. I only cancelled because I wasn't doing it enough and realise that I am more of a desktop person, but these exercises do definitely work when you persist. (Found it complicated to cancel my subscription though as there was no easy way to do this.

Glitchy for a paid service. Often not starting and stuck at start screen. The few times it does work, it's great... but if you're paying for the service, one would hope that it would work most of the time. Update: Account working, but now several days of progress are lost, and there is no way to restore it. You have to go through the entire program FROM THE BEGINNING once again... I'm not a fan of the way the program is set, as progression is entirely forward-moving, linear, and RIGID.

This app isn't free. To get anything, you have to commit to a payment plan. After reading the response, I created account and literally only one exercise doesn't require me committing to a payment plan. Giving me a trial month doesn't count as being a free. Also if I have to contact support to figure out how to make it free, it's not really free.

ETA: In response to their answer - it's not in the store subscription area, and their support team has an entire different answer. It's a run around to keep from having a transparent billing and subscription practice. Original post: They didn't do anything for me. Also, the app is super shady. You can't access billing or subscription information anywhere within the app or on the website. No way to see when you'll be charged and no easy way to cancel. Very shady company.

The app doesn't load. I got to use it once. It was ok. But since then I tried to open it and it just won't load. Reachit out to customer service to cancel my subscription because the app doesn't work - I got an automated reply saying that my subscription is non refundable.... Maybe I'd care about it all less if it would actually load.... But it doesn't. Also the app keeps calling me "cutie" and other "cute" sounding names, which I find beyond annoying. Agains - wouldn't care as much if it worked

Edited review- do not purchase. A one month trial was automatically set to recurring without my permission. Furthermore the subscription did not show as active in my play store. They very incredibly deceitful. When I emailed them to rectify this no one responded. I am contesting the charges. Would have be a nice app if the company was honest. Very disappointed. I can already feel my muscles tightening. looking forward to the results

READ THE FINE PRINT!!! I signed up for the week free trial and never accessed during that week and it then rolled into auto-billing. Since then, I haven't been able to access the app without being redirected to subscribe again. Why should I i have to pay when I've been charged twice (around $126) and haven't been able to find any info on who to contact for a refund and cancelation. Would never recommend to anyone! So disappointing on the user experience and customer support!

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this app. I used it for three months and then believed I had canceled the subscription. I realized today that they've been charging me $40/month for almost a year, but I wasn't aware, because the subscription doesn't show up in Google Play or in their app. When you click 'manage subscription' you just get help results for how to cancel the subscription in the app store. Honestly, this is super shady and messed up.

I am only able to access one of the programs I have. the primary program for face yoga will never load. I've had zero access since I signed up. I've emailed multiple times providing all of the info they requested (even though they should have it all with my order number) and they have said they do not offer refunds. However, the product I purchase has effectively not been delivered. The product looks great but it's beyond terrible customer service at this point, it's fraud and theft. Beware!

All the advertisements say it is free, but there is no way to access any content (through the app or website) without entering payment information. I have tried searching for the app itself, using the links in the advertisement, and going to the webpage directly. "We wanted to give you a discount, but decided you deserve Face Yoga for free!" False advertising.
