Since the last update I’m unable to log into the app. I have changed my password multiple times and have no issues using the website, but the app isn’t working anymore.

I love this company…THEY DO HAVE PPL CLAIMING TO BE THEM so make sure you don’t get scammed. I’ve never had a problem with them, nothing but good things. The hair is of great quality and very quick shipping!

My experience with luvme hair has been nothing but extremely 100%. I would not switch to another Company even though I did one time and was so very disappointed, won’t do that anymore. Luvme hair is the perfect name 👌 😉💜

From my first wig till now Luvme hasn’t let me down!! And their customer service is great! I’ll never shop elsewhere fan for life. I’ve referred sooooo many ppl. And that order turn around! Fast n they are fairly reasonably priced. 🥰🥰🥰🥰 id post my pics if I was able! I luv them!

As if Luvme couldnt get any better..here comes an app to make ordering my favorite wigs even better. I am so happy that I can order on the go and keep in touch with what is new and restocked. I have two wigs that are the best I ever had and plotting on a third.

App is very slow. It doesn’t let ypu click on items to view and it doesn’t let you redeem points. Very frustrating. The website is also very slow and laggs alot. Just very frustrating experience.

I love this product. Its so soft and natural looking. They are always offering specials and wonderful customer service. I never hesitate to purchase cause I know it will be worth every penny. Quality to the max. The app is quick and efficient!

I’ve been watching this Company over a year now, so I decided to order a wig a few weeks ago. I was not disappointed the hair is beautiful with very little shedding shipping was a little under a week, I was so excited to receive my wig. I will be ordering another unit from them.

I can’t activate my app account even though I already have a luvme account. The activation code takes 10 minutes to receive which by the time you get the code via email it’s expired on the app and you have to get a new one.

That App was way different than going to the site through my browser. I honestly still go through my browser. I don’t prefer the app at all. They say that they fixed some issues. We will see…

App will not sync with my account even when correct email/password are used to sign in.. So, order history is not there. Wish list is empty (even though it actually has quite a bit in it). So, it’s not worth downloading. Might as well just use the webpage.

You want to load the app on your phone to avoid ordering from the internet where there are many “fake” companies pretending to be Luvme Hair. It’s a very good idea, however app is not working well. The notifications are too aggressive; both from my phone and through Whatsapp(being in Whatsapp is crazy to me). Yes I can mute them(which I did), but the aggressive amount of notifications had the opposite effect of what you were trying to accomplish. Now that I’ve muted the app, I rarely pay attention to it.
