Since the last update I'm unable to log into the app. I have changed my password multiple times and have no issues using the website, but the app isn't working anymore.

I love this company...THEY DO HAVE PPL CLAIMING TO BE THEM so make sure you don't get scammed. I've never had a problem with them, nothing but good things. The hair is of great quality and very quick shipping!

My experience with luvme hair has been nothing but extremely 100%. I would not switch to another Company even though I did one time and was so very disappointed, won't do that anymore. Luvme hair is the perfect name 👌 😉💜

From my first wig till now Luvme hasn't let me down!! And their customer service is great! I'll never shop elsewhere fan for life. I've referred sooooo many ppl. And that order turn around! Fast n they are fairly reasonably priced. 🥰🥰🥰🥰 id post my pics if I was able! I luv them!

As if Luvme couldnt get any better..here comes an app to make ordering my favorite wigs even better. I am so happy that I can order on the go and keep in touch with what is new and restocked. I have two wigs that are the best I ever had and plotting on a third.

There is nothing better than buying luvme hair.. i will not buy any other hair besides luvme hair, been buying about 4 years now,i have at least 25 units, and im not stopping there.. There hair quality is the best ever.. i just ordered 3 units of the new arrivals, i will be posting on the VIP GROUP THIS TIME. I've been getting a white screen on this app for almost 2 weeks now. I used the Facebook page and ordered wigs that were on sale, its been almost 2 weeks now and my order has not yet arrived so I emailed 3 different links to find out that I may have ordered from a fake site?? I need help in getting my money back or my wigs..

I absolutely love my headband wig I bought from LuvMe hair!! It is so soft and versatile!! I am new to this wig life, but this headband wig made it so easy to install!! I have been wearing my wig everyday for the last 2 weeks and I have worn a different style almost everyday!! 😍 I've been referring everybody I know to LuvMe and I definitely will be buying another 1 soon!!

App is very slow. It doesn't let ypu click on items to view and it doesn't let you redeem points. Very frustrating. The website is also very slow and laggs alot. Just very frustrating experience.

I love this product. Its so soft and natural looking. They are always offering specials and wonderful customer service. I never hesitate to purchase cause I know it will be worth every penny. Quality to the max. The app is quick and efficient!

I've been watching this Company over a year now, so I decided to order a wig a few weeks ago. I was not disappointed the hair is beautiful with very little shedding shipping was a little under a week, I was so excited to receive my wig. I will be ordering another unit from them.

I can't activate my app account even though I already have a luvme account. The activation code takes 10 minutes to receive which by the time you get the code via email it's expired on the app and you have to get a new one.

I absolutely love this company their hair is the bomb... they the hair looks so realistic. I ordered a 8in black lace front wig and everybody thought it was my hair I got so many compliments. have really really quick Shipping and delivery.My hair came in less than a week I was so impressed I turned right around the following week and bought another one so now waiting on my blonde wig to come.

That App was way different than going to the site through my browser. I honestly still go through my browser. I don't prefer the app at all. They say that they fixed some issues. We will see...

I have several wigs from Luvme in the past. All extremely nice wearable straight out of the box. My recent purchase was quite a letdown. Two wigs poorly packed one comb in a plastic pouch. They both smelled so bad I could not even try them on until I wash them. I guess they just aren't as eager to please their customers anymore.

This app has honestly helped me so much especially with ordering hair absolutely love it I have about 3 wigs now from here and they have such a reasonable price including all the freebies like the pouch with a edge brush,the hair brushes and a few more thing I was so shocked love love love luvme hair👌😘

App will not sync with my account even when correct email/password are used to sign in.. So, order history is not there. Wish list is empty (even though it actually has quite a bit in it). So, it's not worth downloading. Might as well just use the webpage.

I'm not typically a person who buys wigs but recently I been feeling for a change and I couldn't have went with a better company! My first purchase was the wet and wavy headband wig and it absolutely exceeded my expectations now I keep coming back for more wigs of different styles and types! The ordering process is quick and easy and the shipping was very fast. I received my order within 4 days! The packaging was very presentable. Everything about this company is a thousand stars for me!

You want to load the app on your phone to avoid ordering from the internet where there are many "fake" companies pretending to be Luvme Hair. It's a very good idea, however app is not working well. You CANNOT delete items from your shopping basket. The "edit" function only lets you increase or decrease quantities, but does not edit quality of 1 to zero, and no delete order option is given. PLEASE fix your app!!

The notifications are too aggressive; both from my phone and through Whatsapp(being in Whatsapp is crazy to me). Yes I can mute them(which I did), but the aggressive amount of notifications had the opposite effect of what you were trying to accomplish. Now that I've muted the app, I rarely pay attention to it.
