Cant use it at all without paid subscription and very overpriced It's poor marketing not to allow women to use it for free. Good luck guys! I saw no free features to explore the app also I could not delete my profile. Please enlighten me and tell me what the free features are? The only thing I could do was upload pictures in order to entertain all the man apparently

My experience with the Luxy app has been very disappointing. After paying for a subscription, I found the services were available days later... Customer service insisted on verifying my account with selfies, despite my profile being easily searchable online with my name, photos, contact. The app is filled with unverified users+ wannabes, resulting in a lack of meaningful connections. Most profiles are inactive, making it impossible to engage with anyone worthwhile. Overall, I feel Luxy is a scam

Got verified within a day and vouched in. Had quite a few profile visits so I was almost certain it was a scam bot type deal..once verified and able to send messages.. I didn't get flooded with messages from alleged random profiles like some other sites will do off top. Without paying I have been able to send a few messages since I was verified a hour ago. Not sure if I'll have to pay to open messages when I get one back. We will see. So far it's an okay app

The review time is made up. How did I not pass when I was getting loads of messages and likes (notified but had no access to) You have to pay a huge amount to subscribe per month to read a message or check anything out. Better luck on tinder / bumble / pof / eHarmony. You know they aren't fake apps and you get to make sure you veto the people on there. It's a no from me.

Other apps gives you a 7 day trial before asking for subscription. But with Luxy, you have to subscribe immediately before reading any messages which is absurd to me because you might likely subscribe and still not find the app interesting or meet fake accounts which ain't reliable. Please creator work on this. I can't wait for 24hrs to be verified and still pay money without knowing how the app functions

Scam. My account was blocked right after just setting up a profile. I hadn't spoken to anyone or even seen anything of the app. The minute I loaded my profile picture I was blocked. Obviously full of bots. I emailed Luxy support weeks ago and my account is still blocked for no reason. Don't waste your time with this app. Please don't reply with the generic "your account was disabled for the following reasons" as none of those reasons apply to me.

Disastrous and horrible customer service!!!! :-( I purchase a 6-month Luxy black membership and soon afterwards the app does not work for me. The app keep freezing up on me and every time I try to send a message it states that my account has been deactivated. I followed the instruction to reactivate but that did not work. I uninstall the app and try to reactivate it that way but It does not recognize my recently purchased membership anymore. I have reached out to customer support but no reply.

I'm sick of this app: 1. Androids dont have the inapp call function 2. Expensive for the lack of value. Cheapest is $49 3. I liked a profile. It didn't go into "your likes" or "new matches" it just disappeared -was it just a fake profile? There seem to be many fakes 4. The app sends fake messages to/from matches that the other person didn't actually send 5. Supposed to be high quality yet there are many profiles with 2 pics, age, location, & no other info. How were they approved? LOW QUALITY

I wanted to skip verification and tapped on payment options but kept saying something went wrong and I contacted support. They told me to send my username and reg. Email which I did,but never got any response. I was left there alone😅😅😅with a rejected profile. Kindly take your customers seriously for a change or you'll keep getting these bad reviews 🤷‍♂️💔if there was an option for no star,I would have gone with that 🚶‍♂️

I was pissed off! Lots of fake profiles that matched but would never start a conversation, usually asked me to set location again and again and again, suddenly jumped up on my phone screen for no reason, texts usually unable to send away, took lots of times to post pics to my profile, AND I did not feel any respect here at all when they deleted my pic & all my writing in "about me" without informing me or at least telling me why. So disrespectful!! I'm uninstalling now.

This app is Just something... I haven't even finished signing in, my account gets blocked.... Based on what... A picture of my face...not the first time, I tried signing up the account keeps being disabled both times I had just uplouded a decent pic not interacted with anyone.... Claiming they have reports lol...and I haven't even finished creating the account lol...the support team isn't helpful keep saying the account has been disabled with no clear indication.

absolutely garbage and useless app. I am a real person. I posted my photos..even took a selfie with my own front camera to get verified. wrote a well-written bio. I had to wait a whole day..I didn't pass. I don't know why, then they told me I need to interact.. BUT HOW CAN I INTERACT WHEN EACH TIME I'M ASKED TO PAY 60$ PER MONTH FOR A USELESS APP?? What are even the criteria for a woman to be accepted? to be a super model? It's real life..not every girl looks like a model.

I need a refund , I paid for the premium, never got anyone around me, always people miles away in a different country, and I just woke up this morning, it was renewed, I was debited, please, I have sent an email, your customer service is not even good, there should be one to chat with, but, no hope with that, I can't afford to pay for something I'm not using please, waiting for your response, tnk you.

per month this cost $60, if you have the free version no matter what you try to do, it'll ask you for the $60. you can't verify if it's worth anything because every time you turn around it's asking for $60. received a message? you want to read it?? $60. it also glitched drill bad and wouldn't let me verify my email, So my profile review failed... and there was nothing anyone could do about it. they told me literally to just delete everything and start over. losing any messages I got

Wait! So I have to wait for a whole 2weeks to get 50 weird messages from unknown profiles that I can't reply to in order to get approved and I might still not get approved if I don't get that many messages 😕 , that's the dumbest thing I've ever seen in any dating app. Basically you don't get to use the app if you don't pay, you might as well make your app premium even for downloading and installing. If there was a way to put 0 stars and still right a review I would have gone for that.

I would give it 0 stars, if I could. I purchased luxy pro black membership and the app still wouldn't allow me to view anyone or chat. It would continously lead me to options for payment, and once I'd click on it, an error message would pop up that I'm already subscribed. It's been less than 24hrs and I've had no choice but to cancel the subscription. And there's no contact for help on the app, so I have no idea how to request a full refund.

This app crashes constantly. I never had any issues until I upgraded to Black. I don't know why any company would focus more on their free portion of their app then they would the paying portion. Perhaps the reason being is they know you pay for long-term. So once they have your money they don't have to focus on you anymore. The truth is you can only spend two minutes in the app before it crashes. I've reported this multiple times and they still haven't fixed it. Worst dating App Ever!!!

I had read so many negative reviews about this app but decided to give it a benefit of doubt. I used it for a month and decided it wasn't for me, so I deactivated my account so I don't get charged for the next month, but they still did. The LUXY support team has also been very intentional in not putting a customer care number. Very convenient! The worst part is I'm getting charged but I can't also access my old account, so I'm basically just giving them money. Support Team were no help at all!

expensive but easy, I am willing to pay because I'm particularly picky but there are not many people who are willing to pay, I doubt I'm going to find my fine gentleman on here but I decided to give it a chance, give it a few months and see if it is worth it for me, I might come back and give an update later, so far I think it's better than most I have tried previously by the way I pay by month stopping my subscription after payment then paying the next month, and it works for me, no issues

This app is generally good, and I've met quality people on it. All bugs of previous versions seem ironed out, which is great. However, it is no longer possible to search the text of messages! This is very unfortunate, since it was the only way to find previous conversations based on their locations (if it was mentioned in the messages). Now local matches are easily lost. This is a big problem for someone like me who travels frequently and has multiple residences.
