Cant use it at all without paid subscription and very overpriced It's poor marketing not to allow women to use it for free. Good luck guys! I saw no free features to explore the app also I could not delete my profile. Please enlighten me and tell me what the free features are? The only thing I could do was upload pictures in order to entertain all the man apparently
My experience with the Luxy app has been very disappointing. After paying for a subscription, I found the services were available days later... Customer service insisted on verifying my account with selfies, despite my profile being easily searchable online with my name, photos, contact. The app is filled with unverified users+ wannabes, resulting in a lack of meaningful connections. Most profiles are inactive, making it impossible to engage with anyone worthwhile. Overall, I feel Luxy is a scam
Got verified within a day and vouched in. Had quite a few profile visits so I was almost certain it was a scam bot type deal..once verified and able to send messages.. I didn't get flooded with messages from alleged random profiles like some other sites will do off top. Without paying I have been able to send a few messages since I was verified a hour ago. Not sure if I'll have to pay to open messages when I get one back. We will see. So far it's an okay app
The review time is made up. How did I not pass when I was getting loads of messages and likes (notified but had no access to) You have to pay a huge amount to subscribe per month to read a message or check anything out. Better luck on tinder / bumble / pof / eHarmony. You know they aren't fake apps and you get to make sure you veto the people on there. It's a no from me.
Other apps gives you a 7 day trial before asking for subscription. But with Luxy, you have to subscribe immediately before reading any messages which is absurd to me because you might likely subscribe and still not find the app interesting or meet fake accounts which ain't reliable. Please creator work on this. I can't wait for 24hrs to be verified and still pay money without knowing how the app functions
Scam. My account was blocked right after just setting up a profile. I hadn't spoken to anyone or even seen anything of the app. The minute I loaded my profile picture I was blocked. Obviously full of bots. I emailed Luxy support weeks ago and my account is still blocked for no reason. Don't waste your time with this app. Please don't reply with the generic "your account was disabled for the following reasons" as none of those reasons apply to me.
Disastrous and horrible customer service!!!! :-( I purchase a 6-month Luxy black membership and soon afterwards the app does not work for me. The app keep freezing up on me and every time I try to send a message it states that my account has been deactivated. I followed the instruction to reactivate but that did not work. I uninstall the app and try to reactivate it that way but It does not recognize my recently purchased membership anymore. I have reached out to customer support but no reply.
I'm sick of this app: 1. Androids dont have the inapp call function 2. Expensive for the lack of value. Cheapest is $49 3. I liked a profile. It didn't go into "your likes" or "new matches" it just disappeared -was it just a fake profile? There seem to be many fakes 4. The app sends fake messages to/from matches that the other person didn't actually send 5. Supposed to be high quality yet there are many profiles with 2 pics, age, location, & no other info. How were they approved? LOW QUALITY
I wanted to skip verification and tapped on payment options but kept saying something went wrong and I contacted support. They told me to send my username and reg. Email which I did,but never got any response. I was left there alone😅😅😅with a rejected profile. Kindly take your customers seriously for a change or you'll keep getting these bad reviews 🤷♂️💔if there was an option for no star,I would have gone with that 🚶♂️
I was pissed off! Lots of fake profiles that matched but would never start a conversation, usually asked me to set location again and again and again, suddenly jumped up on my phone screen for no reason, texts usually unable to send away, took lots of times to post pics to my profile, AND I did not feel any respect here at all when they deleted my pic & all my writing in "about me" without informing me or at least telling me why. So disrespectful!! I'm uninstalling now.
