Made my first order on November 5, and it had gotten held in Dallas. Notified company and they immediately sent me a replacement! Have applied the color yesterday... Was very easy to mix and apply...The color/results turned out amazing! Id highly recommend!
I've been with MR since the beginning. They have NEVER dissapointed!! I always have soft beautiful colored hair. When I go to have my hair trimmed, the hairdressers always remark how thick and well treated my hair is...I always say, "Madison Reed"...and I won't use anything else.
PROS: ordering product is convenient and easy on the app. App is user friendly for the most part. CONS: App is slow on my phone. Samsung Note 20 Ultra. My BIGGEST complaint is that while you can read tons of product reviews, there is no way to WRITE product reviews.
Attempting to try out the different colors to see which I like. The app closes as soon as I try to take a pic. This has happened 5 times now. I've closed the app and reinstalled it twice. Can't purchase a product without knowing I want it now can I?
Absolutely love this hair color! I used it for a while, then tried to save a couple bucks with a drugstore brand and it was horrible! I forgot how much it stinks🤢, never mind how it barely touched my grays! I'll never go back!!

I just downloaded the app and it seems fine. I'm not reviewing the app, I'm giving 5 stars to the Madison Reed products. Its easy and way less expensive to color at home. I just ordered and received my MAVROK tri-fold haircut mirror ($39.95 w tax & shipping, $53.40). Applying color w/b SO MUCH EASIER! I'll be able to see the back of my head w/o holding a mirror. My color kit is due to arrive Wed & I can't wait to see how much easier the process will be!!! Why doesn't MR sell this mirror?
I love Madison Reed haircolor, I've been a customer for years! However, I'm not a fan of the app. I'm currently looking for a color that is for stubborn grays, and the app doesn't have this information. At least not for android. I'm uninstalling and going to back to using their site. Every time I hit MR in a search or email etc, it automatically takes me to the app. I have not told it to always use the app. I haven't set any app to always open.
the best hair dye I have ever used. didn't expect such a great product. It didn't smell. It didn't burn my scalp, and it lasted longer than normal hair coloring products I have used. I recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to spend hours at the salon but wants sahib quality without spending a fortune. people are constantly complimenting me constantly on my hair color.
I love Madison Reed and have been a member for many years. But lately, the app hasn't been working. It's extremely frustrating because something you do on the app you can't do online. Will change the rating once I see a change.
The app used to work well but it has become unusable: it keeps glitching as it tries to force you to allow notifications. I've used it for years and this is another one of those disappointing corporate changes MR suddenly makes without a sound rationale.
Horrible. first time booking using this app. would not let me select what I booked last time and now I apprently booked the wrong appointment and there is no time to fit me in or even try to. loss of business. I'll happily go elsewhere!
I have been a pro customer for years and when told to update my app, I did. All my account information is gone. My subscription has stopped!
The hair color is terrific, but I mix two colors according to a stylist's recommendations and my subscription only allows me to choose one color at a time. This forces me to change the color periodically. When I try to change the color, my chosen color doesn't come up as a recommendation, so I have to go to the list of all colors and find it. I have to go through this process every few weeks, which is annoying.
I had the app. Made a purchase, awaiting shipment. In the meantime, I was logged out of the app and now when I try to sign in, it can't find an email address associated with the account yet i can login online and see my subscription? I'd like for the app to work for ease of my subscription. I have email confirmations of products shipping?
Wow! I'm impressed & will definitely be placing an order. I tried the virtual color. I was absolutely in love w/ Pic! Excellent Results/Recommendation! (Blonde huh? 🤔 Looks good) A little confusing saving pictures. Its odd even 4 tech enthusiast. It doesn't save right away. must click allow & choose where to share aka save. It made me feel happy to see color result! That's not an easy feat especially for app. I can't wait to order! Must have good light 4 good color results!
