Dont want to give any star, 3rd class app, not working while listing again again facing errors of server and 1st i tried to login via mail but didnt get any otp on mail, then i use app still after listing product faving server issues. If you are not giving good free trial then why expecting that customers will by your product. Everything is 0 out of 100.
the worst app and service ever, I wanted to lease out my property in gurgaon and listed it, many sales representatives contacted to sell titanium that I eventually bought, now it's been a week once the money is taken there are no leads of perspective tenants, not even a phone call. then I check their website through a different account and it seems the property is not even visible. this is pure loot, once they take money there is no support, don't use magicbricks
During call with customer care,some agent from magic bricks confirmed that there are around 20 properties but immediately after doing subscription no such properties in which I am searching for. when I asked the agent he saying something. It's been almost 20 days around but not found the properties posted in the portal.
worst Experience. Even after buying package for rental ad, not able to edit property, very poor customer service. They don't understand our issue and don't give proper solution. Kindly avoid this company. If negative mark was there I would have given that.
WORST EXPERIENCE! Their team kept calling me for membership as I was searching for a specific property and asked them multiple times if it was genuine. They promised me it was, but as soon as I paid for premium, my calls were blocked. Later, I contacted the actual owner and found out the listing was posted 5 years ago! This is a complete fraud and misuse of old data to trap people. I strongly demand a FULL REFUND and WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS APP. COMPLETE FAKE and don't fall for it
Worst app.. Magic bricks are fraudsters.. I registered for 2 nos of packages, which are not even useful after that they are saying these packages are not suitable for your property and when I asked for a refund they refused for that. Again after that they are asking to subscribe for a more expensive package.. the worst service I had ever seen
Being a prime member, I don't recieve good support from team. I requested for call back 3 times since yesterday, but no. response from magic bricks. 1. Property provided by mb are sold out 2. Phone numbers provided are wrong , some one else is lifting 3. So far 3 properties are let out, and on my side numbers are counted. Very bad response Same I will put in review
Process is slow , but got genuine customers 1- Uploading Photos 2- Not giving proper details of packages, gives wrong packages to owners or not telling & shows in resale property when uploaded 3- i bought digital marketing package the features in it are not quickly applied maximum times i called them for this services 4- Called so many times for buying packages always
I am extremely disappointed! I purchased the BASIC MEMBERSHIP for this app only to find out that it has NOT been activated. I paid for the service, but I cannot access any premium features. This is highly unprofessional and feels like a scam. If you cannot provide the service you promise, then REFUND my money IMMEDIATELY. I strongly advise others to be CAUTIOUS before spending their money here...
Don't pay for any MB prime subscription. The money will not be acknowledged, no customer care response after taking prime membership of 700 rupees. no clue where the amount is gone. No subscription will be activated. if you wish to use this app us free of cost with limited benefits. don't pay on any link, no where! their customer support email id doesn't work. I lost my money! it's a complete fraud
