This email platform should get a 4.5 but you can't do half-stars. It is stable, easy to use, and easy to search and clean out your inbox. The only gripe I have is when I killed notifications, I get an incessant message at the top and no way to permanently sink it. It keeps coming back over and over and over. If they could take care of that, I would have zero complaints. Pretty amazing. 👏 🥳

Used it for years, after latest update started getting ads, often videos with sound on on default. This is an absolute no-no for me. I don't mind regular ads, but loud pop-up videos are absolutely unnecessary. People use email apps at work. I don't think one has to pay to get rid of something that annoying. Will have to uninstall it and look for other options.

Inbox won't update. I've used this app for years with no problems, but several times during the past year, my inbox won't update so days go by without me receiving emails....some of which are time sensitive. I've contacted support without any real solution. They just tell me to uninstall & reinstall the app. Umm, can't do that without losing the emails that were recently sent to me that I haven't yet read due to my inbox not updating.

Changing from one Android device to a new device, and I cannot recover my password. Hoping support can help, but it would be nice to have a "change password" or "recover password" option like all other apps I have. I've had the account for over 25 years and may lose it. Had I not been asked to change my password at one point, I'd have the original. Guess just hope for the best and keep trying.

Impossible user experience. This app used to be clear and straightforward. Now. It's a nightmare. Too many layers of aggravating "security" . Just trying to log in is an adventure. Too finicky. Way too many hoops to jump through , and it looks horrible now. What happened to this app? They've discontinued cloud storage (or made it impossible to find). Horrible.

Good app for checking for new emails. Falls down when you want to find an email older than a couple of days. It can never find any matching emails for the term I enter, so I end up having to visit the mobile site and search on that (which works well). Update 10 years later: fails to send emails most of the time now and doesn't seem to keep the failed email in either the outbox, drafts or sent folders so they're totally lost and have to be written again. Really annoying.

I use an address here for spam, junk mail, and newsletter signups and it does a decent job. Odd how NO other email client will accept the address setup settings, saying it isn't secure. right now there's a bug that won't let me go to my account or other settings. the app, otherwise, is fine... won't blow you away.

This is the crappiest email program I have ever used. Then after getting logged out multiple times and having to log back in again I finally figured out you have to change to desktop view in the browser to delete the account. It gives me an error. So I installed the app to try to delete the account. It too gives me an error. I can't even delete my account!!! I can't even delete my account with their chat help. There is no live person and the automated chat keeps telling me the error way.

The ads are out of control. It is an absurd amount of ads that pops up suddenly on your face, and many others disguised as fake emails. Not to mention the search for email option is useles.. I can NEVER FIND THE EMAIL. For example, I once needed to find my concert tickets. So I searched for the band's name and nothing... it said there was no email with the band's name. After a while I searched for the website name and I found the email, which contained the name of the band right there.

I've always had a great experience with this app until the last couple of weeks or so. I click on an email in my inbox and it takes a ridiculous amount of time to open the email, and when it does, it is blank and says "This message contains no text" or it comes up with a bunch of random computer coding. I have to go back out and reselect the email a few times before it finally comes up like it should. Please fix it!!!
