I had high hopes about this app. I've been on it for a while and finally got enough coins to cash out, only to never recieve my payment. It's a good idea for an app but it poorly executed. More of like false advertisement at this point. *Update, it's been 4 days since my complaint and I still haven't recieved anything through PayPal. I figured after the problem was acknowledged, it would've been fixed but still nothing. Still giving 1 out of 5 stars because I honestly don't see that anyone cares

I was hopeful about this app cuz you can link your PayPal to get the payout. I thought it was cool to try since I like playing games, might as well get paid for it. Well, I finished a game and some surveys and got enough to cash out. It said I would receive the money in up to 3 days but it's been a week and still nothing. The thing that bothers me the most is I can't find customer service anywhere! So even if it is a "technical difficulty" I can't even speak to someone about it! Waste of time!

So I've used this app for about 3 or 4 months. I've made $20... The reason isn't because they ask for a lot (they do ask a lot though) but rather it's because it takes a month to get your payout. You can cash out at $10 and I did that twice. This last time I did it, my reward was "being processed" for 17 days. Then I got a message saying "finished processing... We'll email you shortly on how to receive you payment" or something like that... Took 16 days for that to finally happen. 🖕

The cons outweigh the pros. There is a variety of offers to choose. I've received payment so I would not call it a scam. However, payout is really slow no matter how big or small the amount requested. Another negative is that their partners take too long to verify partcipation and completion of offers. No way should offers take 2 months or more to verify that a participant completed a task. I deleted this app because of the second reason. The app would be much better w/o these two issues.

I had used this app before and it wasn't an issue, but now I've completed the tasks for three different games and haven't been credited. I've waited well over 24 hours, was a first time user for all three games, did not use a VPN (I watched enough ads to last a lifetime). I'm going to keep it just to see if I ever get credited for those games I played, but I'm not doing anything else through this app. It seems mostly like a scam now.

This app started out great. It was easy to accumulate points and I spent a lot of time with it. Received several payouts without issue....then the payouts stopped. I currently have 4 outstanding payouts from months ago that all say "please allow additional time for a manual review of payout" I have sent at least 5 emails which none have ever even gotten a response. P Obviously some sort of scam..stay away!! I'll be deleting today and switching to an app that actuallu pays!!

I have been playing this for over a week doing 5 to 6 surveys,(these are only the ones that I get credit for), a day plus playing 3 different games. I still have not made enough money to cash out, which is $10, to my PayPal account yet. It is not like what they say in the advertisement or the description! Really disappointing!!!

I played for almost 2 weeks, and 3 different times I was able to cash out for more than 5 dollars to my PayPal. After the payment request was made, I never got a deposit. I alerted support, and was met back with an email promising to fix. But they never fixed it! I'd be surprised if people ACTUALLY receive a payment! Wouldn't recommend this app to anyone!

EDIT: email responses went to spam. However, they said the same thing, "If it says processing, you should receive it in one day." It's said processing since I submitted it. Fast forward 3 weeks, it finally arrived. Unlike others in the reviews, I couldn't cash out until I reached $10, and I've been waiting well over a week to receive the payment. I have reached out regarding the length of time to process the payment and have not received a response.

This seemed really nice at first. I easily cashed out my first payment of about $7. It seemed unreal. So i kept doing their little tasks and what not, and saved up many "coins". $40 dollars worth! Requested payout. Waited one week, nothing. So i emailed customer support. They paid me...for only 15% of my money! Turns out they don't want to pay it as its been 2 months trying to get the rest and sending many emails to customer support, and getting no response from them at all.

What started out as a great money making app, turned into multiple deals/offers not being accredited... On top of that, Mass amounts of sales and unwanted phone calls as a result of the offers I didn't even get paid for! I thank them tremendously for the $10 or $15 I was able to make early on, but now I have more than 3 offers never accredited or acknowledged. Same with their other app. Quickly uninstalled both.

At first I was skeptical until I made enough to "cash out" for $11.03, then I thought hey! This isn't bad....until I never got paid. While waiting for the first payout, (which I was told after a considerable delay would be on 3-5-22, I made another $37 and change and cashed that out as well. As of today, 3-31-22 I've made about $49 and haven't seen a dime! I've emailed multiple times to which I'm just told they are "working hard to get my payout expedited".

The app in it of itself is OK. It's the typical grind for points with a minimum cash out amount of $10. It doesn't take too terribly long to reach this point, BUT the payouts take longer and longer each time. My first was in my PayPal exactly 24 hours after cashing out, which they advertise as being standard. My second took a week. My third is now on over 3 days and counting. Customer service is no help, both with how long it is taking and with offers that never credit points despite proof.

Yes, the app actually does pay money to you via PayPal for every 3,500,000 points you get. However, be very wary before putting your information into the survey offers, because they likely won't get credited and then you'll have to deal with loads of spam messages randomly popping up on your phone. Also, I completed an offer which cost me hours worth of time that has still not been credited, and after two weeks of reporting it (with proof!) the issue still hasn't been resolved.

So I've been waiting for my cashout of $10.00 for a month. The first one was done within a couple of days. Now when I opened the app to check for anything, I noticed that the points that I had accumulated were gone and it was in the negative! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Just check the reviews but make sure you pay attention to the dates. Plus I get no answers. HONOR YOUR WORD AND I'LL CHANGE MY REVIEW. How dare you ask me to change it without pay. Still waiting!

Edit: I've basically given up on this app. It used to be my favorite, I was getting decent money and very few issues. Lately, many if not around half of the rewards I should've earned I never receive. When you're spending so much time on them, it becomes aggravating. Before I would email and the issue would be resolved eventually - now, I'm lucky if I even get an email back, much less my rewards. Customer service has disappeared it seems.

I've had this app for about a week and I successfully completed 4 Rewards but I've only been credited for two. It extremely frustrating cuz some of the games you have to download you have to play until like level 20 so when you play a game that long and then don't get the rewards it makes the entire concept obsolete. You can make more money picking up cans on the side of the road. The review was responded to, theyd love to help if i reached out.. But i have.. 3 help requests.

used to love it, i made multiple pay outs of $10-$20 for roughly about $150-200$ over a 6 month period.....THEN...I thought it would be smart to build up the amount before cashing out. I mean I had cashed out plenty before without issues, so why not. So once started getting the hang of how it worked and even making purchases to complete higher rewards......I built up $100+, and spending $30-$40 in app purchases to get there...cashed out....2 years later I'm still waiting for that cash out....

Wow. It has been a full month now and they still have not paid out a penny. Oh. You will also be required to hunt down your earned credit that you actually did qualify for; and it's painfully slow. I literally just came to update and I think they went as far as to modify my public review. I will be revoking permissions immediately. I had a feeling before any of this happened that they were shady af, but they proved it. There are dozens of better apps out there. I wish I could leave negative ⭐!

💢UPDATE💢 I heard good things about this app. I finally, got my $10 payout and have NOT received it. Past 3 days. I also had left over credits that just vanished. I had an issue with a game not crediting me and emailed the Devs. I did get a response and did receive the credits within 24hrs. But not receiving a payout and disappearing credits is what really pisses me off. Word of warning. Waste your time at your own risk is all I have to say. If this gets corrected, I will let everyone know.
