Been using Makeup Tutorial step by step for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that’s got tons of makeup tutorials – everything from eye makeup, to eyebrows, to lips. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kinda stuff.
Here’s what you do: you can browse through different makeup looks and follow along with step-by-step instructions. There’s also video tutorials, which is pretty cool. And it’s all offline, so you don’t need an internet connection.
Look, if you’re into doing your own makeup and want to learn some new techniques, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little confusing at first – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re into that.
