I have been a paying customer for over 6 years. No updates in last 9 months. Refuses to let me log in or change password. Refuses to let me upload photos. Unable to edit previous hikes. Topo map share has been broken for months. Frequent synchronization errors. No tech support. It used to be a great product, now just a buggy embarrassment to the under armour company. Maybe they have lost their employees or don't want to keep customers. I still use it since half of it still works fine.

Half the time the app doesn't work. When it does work it's great. But as I said before, it only works half the time. Multiple times the app tracked me running across a lake or other water course that I ran around, randomly stops and restarts tracking your route randomly, workouts completed won't save. Just not a consistent app.

For the most part, I think this is a great app. I've been using it (along with MapMyWalk and MapMyRide) for a few years now. It does have some issues with GPS accuracy, though. My typical workout walk is exactly 10 miles. I walk 5 miles out, turn around and walk 5 miles back. I've walked this route about 50 times. Almost every time, my splits are recorded accurately on the way out, but on the way back, it's usually off by 0.05 to 0.2 miles! It's pretty frustrating when you're going for a PB.

Overall the app works just fine. It does more than what I need or use. The one draw back is it is so slow by today's standards. Takes too long to load, too long to save, too long to bring up history. With 5G and the fastest phone on the market, not sure why I spend so much time watching a spinning circle while it tries to load .

I cannot get the GPS to stay on when my phone is locked. I've used this app for years and have noticed with my newest phone, it's not accurate because when the phone locks the GPS stops working. I've read all of the troubleshooting tips and none have fixed the issue. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It works and is accurate for the first mile, but after that, it stops tracking accurately. I can't adjust my milage manually when I use GPS.

Great tracking. I have been using this app for several years and have no complaints. I like that it connects to my running shoes when I wear them, making the whole thing automatic. When I am not wearing my running shoes I only have to touch the start and stop buttons to log my workout. The app appears to be less invasive than some of the others out there. At least one other similar app demands permission to access all of your contacts, and your personal data. No thank you!

After careful consideration, I had found this app to be nothing short of mediocre. Although it checks the most basic boxes of calling itself an app to track running or walking exercises (etc.), my overall experience has been lacking. A couple of instances had occurred that caused me this displeasure: 1. Incorrect mapping of the GPS, an inaccurate result in how much I actually run and the speed I run at. 2. No where to put in any measurements of body; hence, inaccurate 'calories burned' counted.

I submitted a support ticket. Just within the last few weeks my app keeps freezing up and not recording anything. Or it acts like it's frozen and then later on it randomly starts by itself after I closed it out and then it says I've done like 20 miles. I've tried restarting my phone, restarting the app, reinstalling the app, everything. I've changed nothing. Just started one day. I have an android, only about a year old. Any help?

Great app, helps me keep track of my distance, calories burned, duration, and more! It also saves your progress as a post that you can choose the visibility (you only, friends, or everyone) I haven't had any issues with the app at all, but I wish they'd add a speedwalk option for the treadmill instead of walk and run. Other that that, I have no complaints!

I mostly love this app and since I'm not entirely sure the issues are app or service provider related I won't change the stars, but as others have mentioned there are times when the app seems to glitch, pausing my run when my speed hasn't changed, and if I've silenced it I won't find out till 3 miles or 5 miles later... and if I do have the sound on I have to repeatedly press resume to keep recording. I think it's only happening on my trail runs... so it could be a reception issue. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Recently ran a route I've run for years. Out of nowhere, there are straight lines, the kind that occur when the app is paused, forgotten, then resumed down the trail. Even stranger, since the route was out-and-back, it did the same thing at the same point in each direction, including crossing a river. One nine-mile route had at least five errors like this.

Only been using this for about a week, but it's great. It speaks every time you pass a mile, it tracks via maps, and is accurate! Another app I used I ran the same area, and it said I went way farther than the actual miles. It was about .5 mile different with better times also. This is far more accurate. And I have a few friends that I can add / share with. I have the free version.

It used to be great! With Under Armour. It was my favorite! until the last few months. It's VERY glitchy and kept popping up save workout, and wouldn't let me discard or accept. Every time I managed to discard, the save workout pops up again. I'm sad! I LOVED it and used it for years. Why did you sell it Underarmour?!?! I think I'm done. Really sad about this.

This is a terrible app ever since they got rid of the Bluetooth shoes, which showed you how your foot was striking the pavement, where you need to improve, how to adjust your hips and your form. Completely went downhill. All too often I'm in the middle of a run and I won't hear any voice prompts, I'll check my phone and it shows the app self paused and hasn't been recording at all. Compared to other apps, it consistently loses GPS, even though all data on my phone is running smoothly.

Update, upping stars to five. Continues to work well consistently, now a few years since the Underarmour deal. Has worked well for me, and I have used it now for many years. Easy to use, nice to be able to track and log workouts. Sometimes ads at the start and finish but haven't had any problems with ads during a workout. At one point I tried to download all my workouts, I was able to get some information but it would be nice if this could be done more easily.

Right. When I started running, I thought this app was great in the app. Still does fine for tracking your runs, But now it no longer shows you the monthly view from the app. It also does not let you see any information you enter after your runs From the app. It does, however, let you do that from the website. The website allows you to create a run, But it does not do a very good job of letting you create your route. I don't know that there are any that do very much better though.

5/18 I'm not sure what's going on with the app lately. A few weeks ago it randomly started adding little 0.2 mile blips in my run which would completely mess up the distance and pace. Uninstalled and was working for a week, and today it wouldn't track anything. It said the GPS signal was weak, but when I looked at the map, it was still correct with my exact location, and I also verified that my GPS was working on Google maps. 6/5 tried troubleshooting again, and it didn't work

I used to love this app, but lately it's been screwing up all my stats and randomly stops tracking mid-run. I even changed settings on my phone ('unrestricted battery use', and moved the 'location' button so it doesn't toggle off in my pocket). The app still manages to screw it up & give stats that make no sense (burned 64,000 calories in 20 min??). Total motivation killer. Very frustrated. Uninstalling.

I used to use this website/app to plan out runs. Now it only shows you what you've already run. there's 1000 other apps that tell me how far I've already run, so this is pointless. I need a run mapping tool, not a run tracker tool. Sad to see it's no longer what it used to be. Edit- Developer responded letting me know certain functions are still available on their web platform. Not sure how this changes my review of the phone app.

very frustrating to think the app is working and tracking the walk/run when, in reality, it stops suddenly and makes me lose important tracking data. i do not use my phone while working out, so this was a good tool to keep track of my walks. it also glitches when finishing the workout, so I have to double check that it in fact, finished the workout, and not kept running for 13hrs like it did last time, making me lose a whole routine because, of course, i can't edit it.
