Been using MapFactor Navigator for a couple months now. It’s basically a free GPS navigation app with offline maps you can download. Pretty solid if you’re into that kinda thing.
Here’s what you do – you can plan routes, get turn-by-turn voice navigation, and it’s got speed limit and camera warnings. There’s also a bunch of POIs like EV chargers and stuff. Took me a while to figure out some of the features but it’s all pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it.
Look, if you need a free offline GPS app, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the maps can be outdated sometimes and the UI is a little clunky – but overall it gets the job done. Worth checking out if you’re tired of relying on mobile data for navigation.

So here's my honest take on MapFactor Navigator. I've tested a bunch of GPS apps and this one's pretty solid, especially for the price (it's free!). The offline maps work well and the navigation is reliable. And i like the extra features like speed limits and camera warnings too. Only downside is the maps can get outdated since they rely on OpenStreetMap. But for casual use, it's hard to beat this app.

Downloaded local maps (US) on my S24+ to test and it worked. Interested because you can download maps for offline use. Needed settings so I could download maps for Iceland...
This is a solid offline GPS app. I have not had good luck with offline navigation apps before, but I was pleasantly surprised with this one...it did not let me...
