Been using the Marathon ARCO Rewards app for a couple months now. It’s basically a loyalty program where you earn points for buying gas and stuff at participating Marathon or ARCO locations. The idea is pretty simple – the more you buy, the more rewards points you rack up. And you can redeem those points to get discounts on future gas purchases.
There’s a bunch of different ways to earn points. You get 5 cents off per gallon when you fill up, plus you can earn points for buying snacks, getting your car washed, or using their third-party partners. It’s got a nice variety of options to keep you engaged. Took me a little while to figure out all the different features, but once I got the hang of it, it’s been pretty straightforward to use.
Look, if you’re someone who drives a lot and buys gas regularly, this is probably a good app to have. It’s not gonna change your life, but it’s a solid way to save a few bucks here and there. Just don’t expect any crazy rewards or anything – it’s a pretty basic loyalty program. But overall, it does the job.

It's not the most feature-packed or innovative app out there, but it gets the basics right. The earning structure is simple and easy to understand, and the ability to redeem points for gas discounts is clutch. The only real downside is that the rewards can feel a bit limited at times, and it takes a while to build up enough points for a meaningful discount. But if you're someone who drives a lot and buys gas regularly at Marathon or ARCO, it's definitely worth checking out.
