I've always liked Arco, my cars have always liked Arco gas and it is a top-tier gas. This app actually gives me more of a reason to like it with a reward system that actually rewards customers. since the minute that I installed it and started using it I've been saving money and earning money back that I can redeem on gas and products in store. every time I get gas, I save and earn. highly recommend the marathon app.

This app is trash. I drove to no less than four Marathon "Rewards" gas stations (according to the app map), and not one of them honors the rewards. Their gas prices are jacked up above most, and they don't honor their app points. WORTHLESS. Will not be getting gas or buying anything from their store anymore.

Update: September 14th, 2025. Today the application is digging for more information on the users for the September 15th, promotion. Best Gas Station in my neighborhood, worst app on my phone. Regardless of the response, they don't care. The app is getting worse. Contest results never published. Monthly promotions not being honored. Over promise, under delivered.

App is fine and rewards are great. But many stations do not participate, and those that are listed, often the gas pump is not set up right and you don't get credit for your purchase. The customer support is good, though, and they will credit you if you send a photo of the receipt.

I visited several gas stations to redeem my rewards, but only the Marathon Gas Station & Car Wash on Power and Southern in Mesa, Arizona, was able to assist me. The clerk at this location was very polite, attentive, and helpful. My experience there was excellent. The staff at the two other locations in Apache Junction could benefit from additional training, as their service was not up to the same standard.

Not only is the new loyalty program confusing and offer practically nothing in terms of rewards, they have done away with offering 5¢ off per gallon at the pump. Way to "reward" loyalty members. The only time I plan to go to a Marathon station in the future is if that is the only station available and my car is running on fumes. I plan on going to the stations that still offer money off per gallon purchased as well as other, better rewards. Sorry, Marathon, the new rewards program is a big fail!

Siggghhhh..... It seems that individual locations are not set up properly to allow for redemptions of the rewards. What good is a program where's you can accumulate points but not be allowed to redeem them? If you run into problems save your receipts and report to the programmers. After getting one location to automatically reduce pump price based on offered promotion, the next week same station did NOT record requested cash redemption. Very disappointed.

Was great when i could redeem the $20 off my gas. That really helped me out when I was in a tight spot and couldn't really afford much but it seems now they've gotten rid of that option and it makes it just like any other rewards app now. I can easily get 10¢/gal with apps like Upside as well. This gives me less incentive to shop at Marathon.

App seemed to work fine at first. I had to reset my phone to factory settings. Reloaded app and now it has a white screen with the words "Try Again" wriiten within a box. No matter how many times I try again, it does not go beyond that screen. I even uninstalled app. Waited two days, then re-installed app. Still the same message. Please help with this app!

Does not work at all. I used the old rewards successfully for years. This app will not result in any discount. No matter how many times I registered, I was only successful in having my account accepted at the pump once. Messaged help and they shrugged it off: probably not rolled out in your area. All of the local pumps have promotions on the pumps for it, so. I deleted the app. Downloaded the competitor's app, as thr station is just down the street.
