Can be of better use if more devices were added. Add Samsung watches to help with wellness tracking.

tried to open app, told me I needed to update it. opened in app store, but there's no update available. still cannot access the app on my phone.

This app is terrible. Nothing works. If you think you can use the app to schedule appointments or message your care team good luck. This thing has never worked and never will. Basically just drive and go in person to talk to people.

I am trying to open the app after the April update and it tells me to update the app, I click update and it opens the play store, which shows I already have the latest version installed. I have cleared data, cleared cache and force stopped. same result. app wants me to update to version I am already on

it's just a bad application. I used to use Everlast and was easy to manage. Since Healthcare is a big business in USA it's just like anything else bad customer support or service. This is only with the app, cause my Doctor is awesome.

I downloaded this app to connect to my smartwatch and/or Google Fit for challenges and there are no options or instructions for either. No help , FAQ or settings menu. It is not user friendly. I probably won't be participating in any challenges since I have no way to sync data.

latest update has made the app complete not user friendly.

It doesn't work most of the time if you can get it to open. there was a pop up saying to continue you had to update. I did the update and all I can get is the pop up. It won't let me into the app.

Not the worst, but definitely not the best. It'd be nice to have the ability to connect my Samsung watch/Google Fit to track my activities. If you don't have a Fitbit, Garmin, or Strava, this app is pretty much useless.

Won't pair with Google Fit, no option to pair with Samsung Health. Have to manually add each activity on their web page to get credit for challenges. So annoying. Called customer service. They said they would have someone in IT call me...? Uninstalling. Have to use the web page to do everything anyway.
