So here's my honest take on Marco Polo - Video Messenger. I've tested a bunch of video chat apps and this one's pretty solid. The big thing that sets it apart is the asynchronous nature - you can just send a video and let the other person reply when they have time. No pressure to be online at the same time. The group chat feature is also really useful for staying connected with multiple friends/family. On the downside, the free version has some annoying ads, and the interface can be a little clunky at times. But overall, it's a great option if you want a simple, distraction-free way to stay in touch.

Description

Been using Marco Polo – Video Messenger for a couple months now. It’s basically a private video chat app where you can send videos back and forth with friends and family. Pretty solid app if you’re into staying connected without all the social media noise.

Here’s what you do: you can record a quick video and send it to someone, then they can reply with a video whenever they get a chance. There’s also group chats, which is pretty cool. And you can keep the conversation going over time – it’s not like a live video call where you have to be there at the same time.

Look, if you’re looking for a simple way to stay in touch with people without all the distractions, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the free version has some ads that can get annoying – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So, they changed your ability to edit their invitations! Hooray! But, I don't dare send one. Last time they sent repeatedly without warning. I'll see if I have a friend...

What really SUCKS about Polo after the latest batch of updates is that you'll sometimes start recording a Polo and when you try to send it, it screws up and...
