So here's my take on the Marquee Sports Network app. I've tested a bunch of different sports streaming apps, and this one is pretty solid overall. The ability to watch live Cubs games is the big draw, and it works well most of the time. The on-demand content is also a nice bonus. However, the video quality can be inconsistent, and the $5/month subscription fee feels a bit high compared to other sports apps. But if you're a diehard Cubs fan, it's probably worth it to be able to stream the games. Not a must-have, but a good option if you want exclusive access to the team.

Description

Been using the Marquee Sports Network app for a couple months now. It’s basically the official app for streaming live Cubs games, as well as tons of other Cubs-related content. Pretty solid if you’re a big Cubs fan and want to watch the games without cable.

There’s a ton of stuff you can do in the app – you can stream live games, watch replays and highlights, check out minor league games, and even see historical Cubs programming. It’s got a pretty clean interface that’s easy to navigate. Took me a while to figure out how to get it set up with my cable provider, but once I did it’s been smooth sailing.

Look, if you’re a die-hard Cubs fan, you’ll probably love this app. It’s not perfect – the video quality can be a bit spotty at times and the subscription price is a little high – but overall it does the job of letting you watch the Cubs without cable. Worth checking out if you want to stay on top of the team.
