This app is great in the sense that once it scans it gives a list of suggested products and order to apply them in. Frustrating that it's so hard to get it to actually scan, trying to get all 3 to light up green 😩

Opening up all the details for each area of analysis educates about how the app determines the results as well as potential causes for the signs of aging the app detects. This helps you get the type of skincare products that's best for your type of skin. You have to have patience but it's worth and it saves time, when you go for your complimentary facial.

It would be nice to be able to share a link to share app with others instead of depending on people to go to apps store and search for app because there are others apps out there which can cause confusion. Also it would be nice for users' name to populate on their results for when prospects share results with IBC and IBC to have ability to store info. on prospects profile or contact in phone.

I have had difficulty getting this app to open on my Android phone. I previously had Galaxy 8; just upgraded to a Galaxy 22. I was surprised (and saddened) that the problem still exists. I get a message that it's closing because the app has a bug.

I did this 3 times and everytime I got very different results. I paid closest attention to the wrinkles section and the "wrinkles" that are highlighted dont even make sense. To me it seemed like just a filter with lines on places that most people have wrinkles. It pinpointed areas where In reality there arent any wrinkles there at all. And then there were a couple of wrinkles that I actually DO have and it didnt pick up on those

Love it, its perfect!!! To start scanning my face just find the angle with the eyes and the correct illumination and it will scan right away!!! Now I know the products I really need for my Skin Care. Thank you very much!!!

Tried It a few times to see if I would get the same results, completely different results everytime regarding tone and wrinkles. Seems like it's just random, as I took the pictures all within minutes of eachother in the same lighting.

I have loved using this app with my customers but now it keeps crashing. Luckily I can still work without it but it is a great addition to my tool box when it does work. Uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times and is now working well again.

DON'T BOTHER!! The makers must have paid someone write those positive reviews. Because it doesn't work, no matter what I did it wouldn't scan. I tried everything possible and over an hour later still nothing. I only tried so long because I figured Mary kay would have quality apps. But it was A huge waste of time!

This app is difficult to use, especially with older customers. Even as I attempt to help them, it can take a lot of time. Imagine the frustration when I am still unable to assist customers in getting their analysis. Doing virtual parties would be much easier if this app was more user friendly. I hope the developers are able to adjust this app to be more user friendly.

I had it downloaded and coached on it at our unit meeting. It quit working so I uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and it will not take my password. Yes...my password is right because it's been the same for years and works fine on Intouch. Hoping the glitch gets working because it was a GREAT tool when I could use it.

Have been playing around with this a few times. The scanning has gotten faster. Wish there was something on screen to tell you scanning in progress. I have a Samsung and don't have option to save results. Would like to be able to redo this and see changes over time.

It has to scan a picture of your face. It wouldn't work with my phone's front camera, so I tried holding it backwards and using a mirror to line up my face. I saw the green check marks, and waited a little, thinking it would analyze my face. When I turned my phone around, the green checkmarks disappeared and it didn't work. So you have to have a high resolution front-facing camera on your phone to use this.

You have to be in a well lit room to analyze your skin. I was amazed how accurate the analysis was. I like that I can order products through this app. It took a minute for me to figure out that I had to touch each section to see the actual analysis, but was easy to navigate. I just wish I could share my results to Facebook. Otherwise, this app is awesome!

Couldn't get the "proper lighting" on scan to work. I think it might be because my naked 60 year old skin is medium light and not perfectly even like a 20 yearn old. Probably nice, if it worked. But it doesn't fo anything when it won't scan. I tried more than one lighting source and angles etc. Would be helpful if camera MP requirements were listed. Facial/Eye alignment is really odd, like across my cheeks l unless I tilt my face at an angle to the screen. Very weird.

I need it to take my photo so I can use it. Otherwise I like it. It will help me with the lip sticks and glosses.

Nice idea by a reputable company, but in practice the app is a waste of time. The eye alignment is way off, it only comes on when it's on my eyebrows and only for a fraction of a second then. I could be out in the Florida Sun, in the shade, under a canopy, or inside and the lighting will be correct only momentarily. Perhaps if one owns a cell phone camera stand and professional photography lighting equipment they might have a chance at getting all three factors functioning simultaneously.

Love it. Mary Kay skin analyzer app. It's very useful for my clients, and they love it too. It shows that your skin is dry, oily, combination, etc, wrinkles, puffiness, etc. It can be a little frustrating to line up the cross hairs sometimes in the right spot. Could use a little more guidance with that. Love the usefulness though. Helps clients determine their skin type and which products may be best suited to them.
