This app is great in the sense that once it scans it gives a list of suggested products and order to apply them in. Frustrating that it's so hard to get it to actually scan, trying to get all 3 to light up green 😩

This helps you get the type of skincare products that's best for your type of skin. You have to have patience but it's worth and it saves time, when you go for your complimentary facial.
It would be nice to be able to share a link to share app with others instead of depending on people to go to apps store and search for app because there are others apps out there which can cause confusion. Also it would be nice for users' name to populate on their results for when prospects share results with IBC and IBC to have ability to store info. on prospects profile or contact in phone.
I have had difficulty getting this app to open on my Android phone. I previously had Galaxy 8; just upgraded to a Galaxy 22. I was surprised (and saddened) that the problem still exists. I get a message that it's closing because the app has a bug.
I did this 3 times and everytime I got very different results. I paid closest attention to the wrinkles section and the "wrinkles" that are highlighted dont even make sense. To me it seemed like just a filter with lines on places that most people have wrinkles. It pinpointed areas where In reality there arent any wrinkles there at all. And then there were a couple of wrinkles that I actually DO have and it didnt pick up on those
Love it, its perfect!!! To start scanning my face just find the angle with the eyes and the correct illumination and it will scan right away!!! Now I know the products I really need for my Skin Care. Thank you very much!!!
Tried It a few times to see if I would get the same results, completely different results everytime regarding tone and wrinkles. Seems like it's just random, as I took the pictures all within minutes of eachother in the same lighting.
I have loved using this app with my customers but now it keeps crashing. Luckily I can still work without it but it is a great addition to my tool box when it does work. Uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times and is now working well again.
DON'T BOTHER!! The makers must have paid someone write those positive reviews. Because it doesn't work, no matter what I did it wouldn't scan. I tried everything possible and over an hour later still nothing. I only tried so long because I figured Mary kay would have quality apps. But it was A huge waste of time!
