Can't message people unless you pay for premium. So I Paid for premium only to have the app crash every time I try to open it. I canceled my subscription and just lost money for nothing 🙄, don't even bother.
Gaper support is not great. Paid $20 for premium to try it.... 4 weeks of emailing their support they will ask for evidence, get the email. Then stop replying. Still don't have premium features and they haven't responded to any of the 4 support tickets I have opened. Edit to add: they replied with the same email address they've been ignoring my emails on lol. Terrible company.
A couple of issues, e.g. a notification for a like which isn't there when you click through. The verification process is good so you can disregard fake profiles. Needs more users bit I made a couple of contacts so it did its job.
Definitely an interesting and useful site, however the prices monthly are a little pricey and maybe a covid-19 pass should be offered temporarily. Such as, free membership until further notice. Or 3 months of free membership. For those who are willing to pay in the future, however are stuck at home and not working due to the pandemic.

An app filled with greedy individuals who think they are entitled to unearned cash and will take your money without batting an eye. Plus, I paid for a month as a VIP and it still didn't let me message or do anything that was included in the VIP membership. More money down the drain. This was after I showed "customer service" the receipt of purchase. They actually made fun of me for thinking I'm some kind of idiot who doesn't know how online purchases work. Horrible experience all around.
Gaper has worked for the past day. Now all of a sudden it opens and immediately says "Gaper Keeps Stopping". I've tried reinstalling, rebooting phone, freeing up space, giving it access to everything (mic, camera...), turning on unlimited cell data
I am very disappointed currently with the monthly subscription. I paid for a month to try it out and it does not recognize that i paid it just keeps redirecting me to the option of the vip subscription. So currently out 22 dollars basically. Very terrible. New users beware. To the developer i need an email 6o contact you
Worst worst worst worst worst app ever. Complete garbage. Customer support is none existent and you can't delete your profile. Waste of subscription, bots and scammers. Don't waste your time with this. Some other apps that have fake profiles are more promising than this one. Can't chat after purchasing VIP. Trash dating app that even isn't. Wrote to customer service 3 times with photos provided and still no help. Huge warning to save your money.
Scammers paradise. If that's not enough for anyone to steer clear of this the "block" option doesn't block anyone from continuing to try to video chat with you. Not to mention the distance settings include people from out of your settings some even out of state, which defeats it's purpose.
As some other reviews mention pay for the app and it does not recognize the payment and give you access to the features, then you cancel the subscription and account and they still charge you and no way to contact the developers. This app was taken off the Apple Store now I know why whatever you do don't pay or you will lose your money
I was enjoying the app until it stopped working... again.. now when I open it all I get is a little message that says "Internet Error" & that's it. I can't even reach out to their support because as soon as I push send, "Internet Error" pops up again & won't let me send the message.
I've only been on there for a very short time and am still learning the in's and outs, but so far so good. One thing though. The very first time I opened the app I had an offer saying something along the line that I would get a certain amount of time as a full member for free if I would rate and write a review of the app, and I've not seen it since. That's a good deal but, how does a person honestly rate an app that they just stepped through the threshold of ? Now I've rated, but I see no deal.
I have been using this dating app for a little over three years, and the number of users continues to rise steadily. This app has also enhanced since its launch in 2019, especially with the video chat feature added. However, I would like to see a "share link" included, so that I can share Gaper with my friends on social media because I am sure this will attract more users to sign up with Gaper, especially for people who seek an older/younger partner.

This app sucks. You can't even use it. They block your account for "24 hours" to "verify," but 72 hours later they still won't let you log in. Know how you can? By buying the subscribing. Idk fellas, seems sketchy -- If I were you, I wouldn't bother with the app.
Very basic app that doesn't have a lot of useful features. It is also crawling with fake ads.
Too many scammers, account creation must become more secure. I had an issue with subscription and raised it with their support only to get no response or resolution after giving them what they asked for. Issue with subscription was eventually resolved after multiple email complaints and few weeks. No credit was given back, even though the app was unusable for most of the month. Now the subscription stopped working yet again and my emails are being ignored. When it works, it's promising
