Misplaced my nitro card, follow the steps to replace it. Both the website and app say "unavailable at this time" and then say to contact support. So I did... the agent was anything but helpful and kept saying the same thing, and I shouldn't worry that I've lost my card connected to my actual banking info. Like come on. She then said they can't remove a card or update it besides online and in the app. Doesn't sound very secure to me!

The app auto updated on my. Had me reset my password and was successful. Now it won't let me log back in. It gives and apology "The sever does not appear to be responding at the moment. Please try again later." I guess I lost all my points I've put in for the drift vs lift contest who knows. Would have been nice if it was left alone. It worked just fine before with never an issue.

I absolutely love the company. I hate this app. I'm trying to register my card, and it will let me register it and everything. BUT when I go to log in, it says getting information, then nothing. I'm still on the login page. Still won't let me log in. I'll continue to click login, and nothing happens. Then I'll back out, go back into the app, and NOTHING shows up. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app more than I care to admit (10 times). Every time, the same damn thing happens. Please fix it

This mobile app has so many problems. I've had to contact customer service several times to try and redeem points. Ive lost hundreds of trail points. I can go to three different Maverick stores in the same day and each reciept will show three different trail point balances? I used this app to claim points on a gift card and it took 5 months for the gift card to arrive in the mail. They continue telling me to reinstall the app but it never helps. I've finally stopped trying...

The app does provide you with deals, however $.02 is pretty pitiful when Loves does 5x that. The app cannot be scanned at the pump or at the register, they make you enter your phone number. But, worst of all, the login procedure is absolutely asinine. My bank account has an easier login procedure. The app will not let your phone store the password, and the security requirements are so awful that no human can remember them, so you're forced to reset your password every time the app logs you out

This app always starts the map in salt lake city, which I've never been to. I wish it would start in the location I'm at and I didn't have to change screens and come back to get the correct map location. Also some of the stores are listed in the wrong place on the map, such as #490 which is clearly on the other side of the highway when comparing Google maps (accurate) to the maverik app (inaccurate).

Been using a maverick card for a long time now, and every once and a while I try and log in on the app to see if my points could get me anything and each time I try it won't let me log in. I can't create a new account, I can't access any old one, I've tried resetting passwords using phone number, card number, and email, and every time it says email should be coming shortly and never arrives. Overall I'm very disappointed with the app.

The app means well, but pages are slow to load. App logs out all the time, regardless of settings. And even with phone location on, it defaults to Utah as your location. Definitely a PAIN. The rewards points system and coupons work pretty well,and the gas savings are nice. Maveriks are pretty nice as these sorts of places go. I just wish the app was as nice as the stores.

I can't even get signed in once. I enter my info & tap Continue and nothing happens. EDIT: Instead of telling your customers that we are stupid, you should fix the app. There is nothing tricky about entering a username and password, and nothing that customer service can do over the phone. My Kum&Go app works fine. Fix your app.

Considering that sometimes it offers free stuff, there's no reason you shouldn't have this app and enter your phone number for any purchase if you're going to maverick frequently anyway. However, the deals really aren't that good anymore and oftentimes you're better off not even using them. You'll still use your points and get free stuff once in a while at worst. Bring back the wheel and I'll increase my rating to 5 stars

While the rewards earned are nice, the app is not. It is constantly signing me out and tells me the username and password are incorrect when I try to sign back in. I've had to call customer support to get back into my account 3 times so far, and now, I have to do so yet again. It's really disappointing when I want to use points for a card or a bonfire item and can't do so even with plenty of points, just because the app is so buggy.

Useless! This app always signs me out when I go to use it, and I even set up biometric login so I could quickly sign back in but it doesn't open the biometric option when I need it, making the app pointless to even have! I also have the Nitro card, which doesn't work more often than it does, so Maverik just seems to be getting less and less relevant! Unfortunate, because I used to be a big fan.

I'm consistently frustrated by its overzealous security measures. Even with biometrics enabled, the app logs me out far too frequently. I'm talking every two or three days. This wouldn't be as big of an issue if the login process was seamless, but it's not. Each time I have to put in my username, then password and then wait for the OTP! This process is time-consuming, disruptive, and frankly, feels incredibly outdated. In a world where biometrics are supposed to streamline log-ins

Can't make a account. Tried the app, the online mobile version and the desktop site version. All the information has green check marks next to it indicating that everything is correct. When I hit sumbit it just doesn't do anything. I will be uninstalling and getting rid of my nitro card that I never even got to set up. Looking in the reviews I can see this was an issue for many people almost a year ago. Glad to see you guys are on top of it lol. Ridiculous.

I've had this app forever, and it used to work pretty well, I was able to keep my email and password saved and automatically log in, see all my points and spend them, keep track of my punches etc. Now I can't log in at all, it wants me to create a new account since my card is older than 2013, but every time I do I get to step 2 and get stuck, it just sits there with the giant 'processing' cirlce spinning and doesn't do anything. I'd like to see my points and punches and I can't do anything.FIXIT

This app is a disaster, they are botting review's when this app has pretty major problems, for one, too scared to log out because their is numerous reports of essentially locking you because of an error, also reports of auto logging people out without biometric enabled. The app is also actively scamming it's customers with it's awful mini-game. It will have you roll for a coupon, but not let you use the coupon? If you use nitro card it will automatically pay full price for the item.

This app would be fantastic, if it actually worked. I have a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and the app crashes without fail within 10 seconds of opening it. I cannot scroll through the coupons, or anything else. It glitches out and then crashes. I have updated it, uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times, but nothing seems to help. What a shame.

This is the slowest app on the planet. It never updates with latest stuff, ie today is May 23 and it shows May 9th Friday Freebie. I couldn't get it to update. So I signed out and now I can't get back in. At each step, it spins for a minimum of 45 seconds usually longer. After entering the texted code I get an error that "something went wrong, try again." Super frustrating. it's not rocket science!!

I can't do anything. Anytime I go to a different page, it makes me log in all over again, including waiting for a security code via SMS. Then, it tells me that I've disabled my location setting, when it's clearly on, and no other app has a problem with it. This is also the case with face recognition. Worthless app.

They recently updated the app that logs you out Every. Single. time. Seems extreme for a simple gas station app. I do appreciate the consideration to keep information private, it just seems over the top to log you out every time. They offer the biometric login but that never shows up as an option. Like I'm in and out of Maverik before I can even get logged into the app, and I just want to look at my points. Otherwise the Mav is my go to and is overall a great convenience stop.
