Reviews for MBTA mTicket
unable to create an account in the app. I am using an android phone and chrome browser. screen does not scroll to see the password confirmation dialog or the OK (save or whatever) button
Flat out broke. Pixel users cannot access menu buttons due to controls layered under navigation. This is why you QA stuff before release folks.
it does what it sets out to, but the scaling sucks. it takes up your entire screen so selecting options becomes an attempt to get the correct pixel
Literally useless on a pixel 9 due to buttons being in the margins. This is a new problem, it used to work fine on the same phone.
mbta mTicket app not working on my android phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I've cleared its cache and this app is still not working. the mTicket app works on my apple Ipad though. So what's up with the android system.
APP display so large you can't access the menu to get to your account. Sign in doesn't function because it is hidden, fixed rotation so no work around,
Horrible on Pixel. The menu is on top of the top phone icons and cannot be pushed. uninstalled and more. adjust resolution and still won't work. horrible horrible android development
The app puts parts of its interface behind the status bar at the top and back/home/recent apps buttons at the bottom on my newer Pixel Fold with up-to-date Android 16. It makes it impossible to press certain buttons.
The latest update of the app puts interface elements at the top and bottom of the screen that I can't access because those are reserved for system navigation. I hope this is quickly fixed, it is very frustrating. Please provide an option to turn off this fullscreen behavior.
