whenever this is up dated it closes mcdonalds and I can never get it back. why is this app so difficult to get back and it also takes all my rewards points.
It only works for payments. Orders won’t appear on the restaurant display. Order takes forever. Coupons and offers are not worth the annoying process of installation and use of the app. Very disappointed 😞

This app is terrible, the discounts rarely work, the loading to make an order takes forever (it once took me over one hour to order a mcflurry), it’s so frustrating I often give up and leave without ordering anything.
Almost all options are for pickup, delivery should not be advertised as its primary function

just doesn’t give much detail. not much of a menu choice. most coupons don’t work
If something goes wrong you will NOT get a refund or customer service. The way to contact support if there’s a problem is made for you to give up after hours trying to get customer service, then they lock the chat so you can do anything and they take your money.
app is slow and not intuitive to use, menú is hard to navigate, option to track order dos not work. There are no benefits to usong the app over other food delivery options, in the end is better to order vía uber eats…..
