I couldn't even get it set up, so I quit and Uninstalled it!! Wouldn't take any password I made up!! It had upper and lower case letters, numbers and 2 symbols!!! Junk app but wished it would have worked as there is a language barrier here!! Would not recommend the app.... seems like it's outdated and not easy to set up.... kfc is better for you anyway!!
You order and pick up, but what you pick up is not necessarily what you order. Last time I placed an order for triple cheeseburger, but I got a double. By the time you arrive to your home, you don't want to go back and there is no way of reaching the restaurant by phone. In Puerto Rico you get a switchboard for the main office at the phone number advertise and there offices are closed after 5:00PM and weekends. Better check you order before leaving the restaurant.

since the update the address syatem is broken. Won't let me save new address even tho my list only has one other address. And Any address not saved fails
Misleading, the prices are way too high, and the "discounts" aren't really discounted
I was ordering normally using the delivery option a few weeks ago, and now I simply can't use it anymore! the app says I am "too far" from the restaurant delivery, but that wasn't happening some weeks ago as I mentioned earlier. It makes me frustrated, I really want to get a Big Mac, but I am not allowed to buy anything anymore. Also, there is a glitch that shows what I ordered some weeks ago and it never disappears from the main screen.
whenever this is up dated it closes mcdonalds and I can never get it back. why is this app so difficult to get back and it also takes all my rewards points.
It only works for payments. Orders won't appear on the restaurant display. Order takes forever. Coupons and offers are not worth the annoying process of installation and use of the app. Very disappointed 😞
I have tried every possible way, I cannot log in, I work at maccas and want to use my offers. It just tells me to try again, use another method, and I've tried all methods the app offered
I like having the rewards & points & discounts. I was extremely upset with it when I logged on on eday and all of my points that I have been saving for a very long time we're gone. when I signed up they did not make it clear that the points you accumulate have a very short lifespan and expire quickly. I like to save up my points until I have a ton & can redeem anything I want or have them if one day I dont have money or food but still need to eat.
