Easy to log in at first, than can't retrieve username after multiple emails. After too many attempts app prompts you to call a number ( no link to actually call the number) and then disappears. The attention from the doctor was very good. But there's no way it should be this inconvenient to log in to an app

Don't trust this app!! It's HORRIBLE. They charged me for a telephone appointment, even though I have a BCBS PPO that was approved BEFORE the appointment. When I emailed them I was told to call customer service. I called customer service and was told there was nothing she could do to help me. I tried updating it in the app over a dozen times and kept getting notifications that they were experiencing technical difficulties. So I email 3 more times and was told they couldn't help.
This app was really helpful in finding a therapist. It removed the anxiety I felt of having to find an office, make an appointment over the phone and go through all the extra steps. The available therapists on here have useful info on their profiles to help with a selection, but if you don't fit with your first choice, finding another is easy.
One of the worst apps I've encountered. It's a shame blue cross/shield uses this app. It's glitchy, freezes, and won't work properly. It asks you to upload photos, but has a zise limit that is impossible to change. Just go to a walk in or use another virtual provider. Yes, my Wi-Fi is fine, my phone is new, and my network is fine. It's like this on multiple platforms. Do better.
I like the idea of the app but the billing is the worst. After the transaction is complete it says I paid with my credit card and I owe $0 and then 15 months later I get a bill from them. It's not a real bill describing service dates and what insurance paid. It's simply an email that says you owe money with no details. When you make a payment it also doesn't tell you what you just paid. It's frustrating and I will probably never use it again.
Putting in the personal information was tedious, as there is no way to simply type in certain dates, and typing in allergies was impossible and had to be done by the doctor. However, once all information was taken care of, the appointment itself went very easily! The doctor was amazing! The video quality and sound were both fantastic, although it didn't transmit through my ear buds, causing my appointment to be less than confidential (I was at work) but no issues, otherwise.
OK, the app is fairly decent, though trying to find your medications and conditions in their drop-down lists is frustrating. Solid 3* app. However, the app is only as good as the medical services you're connected to, and those suck. Every time my wife or I have tried to use this service, we've been told we have to go see a doctor in person. Well, that's just less than useless. My advice is don't bother with this pointless service.
I usually don't rate app, but this one is really ridiculous. It won't even let me log in, either using fingerprint or password, because it the app thinks that I'm not connected to the internet. If I'm not connected, why are all the apps on my phone working and online with no problem? My phone is connected, both on Wi-Fi, or data, but this joke of an app doesn't even recognize it. Edit: updated my rating to reflect recent improvements.
This app ($10/visit with my insurance) has replaced my favorite urgent care's telehealth app (free) due to ease of use, how knowledgable and friendly the doctors are, how quickly prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy, how useful the therapists are (they even give homework, share articles, recommend books, etc), and the fact that I can switch to a different therapist at any time is awesome. The setup is a bit lengthy but it makes scheduling meetings with doctors and therapists a breeze.
I have only tried one other on demand health app, and while it was fine and I thought the service itself was good, this app is much easier to navigate. I appreciate all the reminders I get (that I can opt out of, but honestly I need them!). I like that they give you an estimated wait time right off the bat, but scheduling an appointment with an existing doctor is super easy too. The psychiatrist I was matched up with has been wonderful, I only hope everyone else is as lucky as me!
