I've tried a bunch of different habit and routine apps, and Me+ is one of the better ones I've used. The daily planner is super helpful for keeping me on track, and I like that you can customize the routines. The self-care calendar is a nice touch too. That said, the app does feel a little bare-bones at times, and the habit tracking could be more robust. But if you're serious about building healthy daily habits, this is a pretty solid option.

Description

Been using the Me+ Lifestyle Routine app for a couple months now. It’s basically an app to help you build good daily habits and routines, like following a morning exercise schedule or keeping your room tidy. The idea is that by repeating these healthy actions every day, they’ll eventually become natural habits.

There’s a daily planner where you can set up your routine, with reminders to keep you on track. You can also use the self-care calendar to plan things like meditation or journaling. It’s got a bunch of preset routines you can follow, or you can create your own custom ones.

Look, if you’re into productivity and self-improvement apps, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this. It’s not perfect – the habit tracking could be a bit more detailed, and the design is a little basic. But overall, it does a solid job of helping you build healthy lifestyle habits. Worth checking out if that’s what you’re looking for.
