Such a great app, and I've tried MANY. It allows you to input meals without fuss, and because I'm a mom who doesn't enjoy chicken nuggets for dinner, I can input 2 different dinners or lunch ideas to accommodate the toddlers and the allergies. Hooray! Meals can be tagged, which I use to tag chicken, beef, seafood, onepot, quick, etc. meals, which is great when I'm planning. I just type the tag quickly, and all my previous recipes with that tag come up. App even includes snacks if you want!

i'm brand new to the whole "cooking for yourself" thing, and this app has been a total life changer! i like that the free version has everything you need for the basics. The layout is simple, and the features are easy to use. Even if I needed to use the premium features, it wouldn't be a problem because it's crazy affordable. After having a hard time finding apps that actually help me organize anything, I'm happy to say this one has REALLY changed that! RECOMMENDED!!!

This app seems to be what I was looking for. My only criticism is that if I put a meal on the wrong day (or change my mind about the day) I can't easily change the date to what I would like it to be. I have to delete the whole entry and manually enter it into the day I would like. I have the paid version so I wish this was an option. Edit: developers emailed me immediately after this post and showed me how to drag and drop the meal to the correct day. Thank you!

So far so good. I paid for the premium since it was a very reasonable price. Not everything copies perfectly but that is to be expected. Grocery list option is handy. I love being able to have a list of what is in my pantry. It would be nice if the app could make recipe recommendations based on the ingredients that I have on hand, but that is the only feature that I feel is missing. Everything else is good (not perfect but definitely usable). I am a huge menu planner and this has helped me.

I started using this app because it has a list for Ingredients at Home. This is pretty important for me as I'm an amateur cook and I often don't know which ingredients go the best together, making it hard for me to see my pantry as a whole. However, certain features are limited as a free user: I can only save 5 recipes of my own in the Recipes section; can't clip new recipes automatically. Since I use Notion, this doesn't affect me much. Just an aside for others.

I recommend this non-caloric based app for digital meal planning. It's not entirely customizable to fit your aesthetic, but you can set a background photo. The grocery list function takes a couple tries to get the hang of because it's not a true checklist, and it doesn't automatically sort itself by aisle until you set ingredients to their aisle.

This is the ONLY app that I've found that actually helps me with wasting food. I have ADD/ADHD, & when fresh fruits and veggies go into my refrigerator, I completely forget their existence. I'm also prone to impulse shopping. With this app I can create my shopping list from my recipes for the amount of food I ACTUALLY need, and by plotting out my meals 2 weeks in advance, we've reduced our food waste by 80%. Without the app, $500 grocery bill. With? $167 Pro tip: Schedule "Leftover" meals

I am enjoying this app! Very simple and easy to use. I wanted a meal planner especially for dinners; I all too often come home and stare disconsolately into the fridge with no idea what to fix. This app allows me to schedule meals in advance, so all I have to do is look up what I've set for myself and fix it. I would love to have the ability to add sides separately from the main dishes. at least for dinner. I hope you'll consider it!

pretty handy. No frills and easy to plan meals. Easily look for recipes and attach them to meal plan. I would like to see a prompt before deleting an entry. Occasionally delete things by accident. An enhancement to the shopping list is to put list into categories, e.g. Produce, Frozen isle, Milk itself, dry food. Option to attach pictures in the shopping list not necessary. Add option to save meal_plans. I purchased the lifetime app and satisfied si far. Thank you.

Exactly what I need in a meal planner. Allows me to choose which meals to include (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks etc), and has a nice shopping list function. I like being able to add recipes from the web with the search function too. And the developers are very helpful - when a recipe from a site wouldn't load, they had an update out to fix it within a couple of days.

I've really loved using this app, it makes meal planning super simple. I like that you can see the meals for the week in a list view as well as pull up a calendar for the whole month. Adding recipes is super easy and convenient, I have a lot of screenshots of various recipes and all I have to do is add the picture to a recipe and it will extract the info for you! It's also really nice that you can share it with other people or devices. It's a really intuitive app, easy to use.

This is a very easy to use meal planner. I needed to streamline my meal planning and grocery list to reduce spending, create less food waste, and reduce the time I spend making dinner. I found a cook once eat twice book and combined it with this app to start planning a month at a time. It's been working perfectly. I would highly recommend.

It's wonderful to have my recipes with me at the store when I fail to preplan. I can easily look them up and know which ingredients I need to buy. I love that both my husband and I have access to the app and can check the grocery list whenever we're at the store. I need to learn more about creating the lists, my daughter-in- law loves that part. I am excited to learn that too!

I made a goal this year to plan breakfast, lunch and dinner but was dreading all the keeping track. I actually got the paid for version of this app and I'm quite enjoying it. I can search for recipes in the app, the app then moves them to a shopping list. There are more features that I haven't bothered to use yet because I've figured out what I need.

Simple but good, my favorite fact, I got the lifetime premium version for $10! Granted it was on discount but definitely worth it at that price. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because there are a lot of overlapping ingredients from multiple recipes which with AI they should be able to screen that out, & I wish you could favorite things instead of having to schedule them to show up in the "my recipes" list. Other than that it's pretty solid.

The only meal planner app that my fiance and I use. Love that you can have two people logged in separately and it syncs in real time. An extremely nice feature is that you can find your recipe online and import it right into your meal plan. No going back and forth for the groceries you'll need either. Just check the boxes for the ingredients in the recipe and it automatically adds it to your shopping list. The cost per month is less than a dollar so it's completely worth it!

I'm really enjoying this app so far. I've been meal planning for a few years now but I wanted something that might help me with remembering ingredients for my recipes when I make the weekly grocery list. My only frustration with the app at this point (which could just be User Incompetence haha) is that when I add multiple categories to a recipe, I can't search the categories individually. They only pop up if I search the exact order of category I put them in, which isn't terribly useful for me.

Great help! This is almost exactly what I've been looking for to help me plan out my meals for the month, but to have the freedom to go back and change easily. I get so frustrated with pen & paper, having to erase or scribble out, etc. The added convenience of it being right on my phone is also a big bonus! The only thing I'd say is that I wish the font size was customizable, so that I could use shorthand and see the whole day/week/month menu at a glance without scrolling.

Works perfectly for my needs, and connects easily to my partner's app so we both know what's planned and can add/subtract easily. I wish you could look through your saved recipes and just add from your bank of saved things though. update, you can definitely add from a bank of saved recipes. I use this app daily.

Liking it so far (and for the lifetime price of $10ish its great) It can automatically make a meal plan from your recipes which is why i got it. Saying that... the ui could improve (especially the "categories") and its going to be a pain to transfer my meals from the previous app I was using, but it catches recipes alright so atleast I wont have to manually make them all. Best part of all, since there IS a one time payment, after I put my recipes in here I'll never have to do this again! :D
