The amount of choices are very large. I've been using Medibang for almost 3 years now, and it's still the drawing app I depend on. However, I have a few problem with it. Sometimes, the canvas crashes and it would exit by itself, making me hope that the nearest save got all my work down. It's very frustrating to deal with it, since it happened on most of my drawings. Overall, I'd give the app itself a solid 5/5, if it didn't crash everytime I'd use it

I've been using this app for years, I don't even know how long. it's a great drawing app. however, over the years, the ads have gotten more obtrusive. i understand developers need to make money. I was willing to tolerate ads when I loaded or saved my works. but as of this last update, I am receiving popup ads WHILE DRAWING, interrupting me, that I can't seem to back out of without entirely backing out of the file. this is RIDICULOUS. I am looking for a new app.

Ads have changed to be very intrusive, full screen and full volume, and trying to trick me into clicking. There's timers and the close buttons are so small you accidentally click the ad first. I went to create a small thing and was hit with 2 unskippable, loud video ads. sorry but I'm absolutely not paying $3 a month to get rid of these ads because If they weren't so intrusive they wouldn't be a problem. At this point it's the principle of the matter. So...I'm just uninstalling. Do better.

I've had this app for years, and I use it for my on-and-off drawing phases. It has WAY too many ads since I last used it. You can't save without an ad, you can't leave the app and resume your drawing without an ad, you can't even switch between projects without an ad. Additionally, if you switch between apps, progress on your art gets lost.

I've been using this app for a long time, but I just can't tolerate it anymore. These days, Medibang is INFESTED with ads. It's unavoidable and insidious. App crashes are also more frequent. Brushes that I downloaded years ago — and used freely — are now unavailable unless I watch a video. Any positive reviews are likely about older versions. Artists, especially new/young artists, do not use this. It's not worth it.

really really really good app if you do not have your Internet on. I love drawing with this... I used to before you had to pay for every single brush but still. this IS THE BEST.... it was the best app for art on the play store... I tried using it recently and I couldn't even get to a usable canvas size before I got totally cut off. I tried to open up a picture via my gallery but before I even touched the button to do so I got cut off.. useless without internet and still costly.

There's now a new update where a good majority of the brushes are behind an ad wall. So that means you cannot use them unless you watch an ad even if you do have a mediabang account. This is completely inaccessible for users who cannot access the Internet and have to draw offline! It's already bad enough that the app crashes and lags because of the constant ads. Makes the feature of having an account and the app being "free" just becoming utterly useless. Get rid of this ad feature.

been using this for years and it was actually okay in the beginning. However, now there is so many ads, it makes it almost unusable! I do not have money to pay for "premium" there wasn't even a premium when I first starting using this app. I'm about to switch to a new program because now it's just peeved me with how many pop up ads show up randomly.

it's a nice app, but the recent inundation of ads is ridiculous. it used to be just on saving or exporting. now it's when you open the app, open a project, SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT APP, save, export. an ad randomly popped up saying "watch this ad for free premium brushes for a short while" and I accidentally clicked yes. 2 minute unskipable ad. I closed the app and lost 10 minutes of progress. this app is getting unusable. I'd rather use a pencil and paper at this point.

I've used this app for years now, but it has become unusable recently. I'm not sure what happened, but since the new update (6/24), when I open a local save file, I'm only able to draw for a certain amount of time before my screen goes completely gray or white and I cannot interact with or even see my work anymore. I'm guessing this is a bug, but the ad pop-ups have made this even harder for me to combat. I still love this app but I'm moving to a different drawing app in the meantime.
