Been playing Medical Records for a couple months now. It’s basically an app to easily store all your medical info – stuff like patient records, health history, appointments, and more. Pretty solid app if you’re into health and wellness apps.
Here’s what you do: you can choose to save your data locally on your device or sync it to the cloud. And there’s also a bunch of handy features like the ability to attach documents, export to Excel or PDF, and even use auto-complete for a lot of the fields. And the app works on phones, tablets, and even Chromebooks – that’s pretty cool.
Look, if you’re into managing your medical info on the go, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little confusing at first and the ads can get annoying – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need an app like this.

So here's my honest take on Medical Records. I've tested a bunch of health apps and this one's pretty solid. The feature set is comprehensive without being overwhelming, and I like that you can choose to store your data locally or sync it. The design could be a bit more polished, but it's easy enough to figure out. My main gripe is the ads - they get old after a while. But overall, it's a reliable app that does what it needs to do.

Seems like a complete app but requires an annual subscription after the too short 3 day trial. Will not enter a lot of info, will not subscribe, need 1 time...
