Not intuitive I really want to like and use the app alot, but: 1- It doesn't flow well. You can't really tell how to go from one area to another. 2- When you try to use the user's guide it is so poorly written with grammar and spelling mistakes. Please lete help you?!
Seems like a complete app but requires an annual subscription after the too short 3 day trial. Will not enter a lot of info, will not subscribe, need 1 time payment only. I am a low fixed income, low tech, senior. Do not want cloud storage. No offline user guide and needs internet, so lacks privacy. Unknown developer in Egypt, which makes me nervous. Too expensive. Uninstalled.
Terrible App. Does not do what it says. A complete waste of time and effort. Look elsewhere. EDIT They did respond so I give them credit and will elaborate. My issue is the feature list should specify what the app does upon download (free) and a separate list explaining what is a paid only feature. I feel it is a bad app and doesnt work because the description was misleading.
I like the simplicity of this app. Covers all basic fields. Fast and smooth.. Giving less stars because this app is not free while you want to backup to Google drive or export data. Please make it free to get more downloads and popularity.. rest all is perfect..
Nice App for my personal health records. Am a free user, and I updated my health records for past two years. Recently, my phone crashed and was unable to restore my locally saved Backup data. Just learnt that the free user version has no backup/restore option. Now am just staring at a blank App. Nice work anyway!
Has a very good Layout/Access = Tests listed logically. In response (I've done s/w devt.), I'd say: 1. In case where several entries, make chronological automatically, 2. Create TEXT Search. Hope might help! It would be good to put effort into improvement: Since Health Vault, I can't find anything better than your app. It's possible that some developers could be scared of Lawsuits. With a little work, you could GROW numbers exponentially!
I really liked the simplicity of the app and i use it as a doctor on call to put patient records ans send to my secretary to print and keep for signing. I really like it and you should build on it! I would like to work with you to build something great
This is a bait and switch app that is NOT free. After using it to store a significant amount of data, it has suddenly demanded that I pay an annual subscription fee. I do not recommend using this app. I can no longer add new information and I am not longer able to export the data that I had stored there. There was never an indication that I was using a restricted version of the app nor was there any indication that I would eventually be locked out of it.
I lost all my data and now it won't load it back in. I changed my review from a one star to a four-star because this company helped me get everything I needed back. Great customer service. Thank you! App is thorough & comprehensive. I have used it for a long time but it seems to have new issues. The notes section inverts the title section & notes section once saved. It crashes when I try & print or send data from the app. I agree that having a start & end date for prescriptions would be great. Will add back the 2 stars when glitches are fixed.
