Not intuitive I really want to like and use the app alot, but: 1- It doesn't flow well. You can't really tell how to go from one area to another. 2- When you try to use the user's guide it is so poorly written with grammar and spelling mistakes. Please lete help you?!

Seems like a complete app but requires an annual subscription after the too short 3 day trial. Will not enter a lot of info, will not subscribe, need 1 time payment only. I am a low fixed income, low tech, senior. Do not want cloud storage. No offline user guide and needs internet, so lacks privacy. Unknown developer in Egypt, which makes me nervous. Too expensive. Uninstalled.

Terrible App. Does not do what it says. A complete waste of time and effort. Look elsewhere. EDIT They did respond so I give them credit and will elaborate. My issue is the feature list should specify what the app does upon download (free) and a separate list explaining what is a paid only feature. I feel it is a bad app and doesnt work because the description was misleading.

I like the simplicity of this app. Covers all basic fields. Fast and smooth.. Giving less stars because this app is not free while you want to backup to Google drive or export data. Please make it free to get more downloads and popularity.. rest all is perfect..

Nice App for my personal health records. Am a free user, and I updated my health records for past two years. Recently, my phone crashed and was unable to restore my locally saved Backup data. Just learnt that the free user version has no backup/restore option. Now am just staring at a blank App. Nice work anyway!

Has a very good Layout/Access = Tests listed logically. In response (I've done s/w devt.), I'd say: 1. In case where several entries, make chronological automatically, 2. Create TEXT Search. Hope might help! It would be good to put effort into improvement: Since Health Vault, I can't find anything better than your app. It's possible that some developers could be scared of Lawsuits. With a little work, you could GROW numbers exponentially!

I really liked the simplicity of the app and i use it as a doctor on call to put patient records ans send to my secretary to print and keep for signing. I really like it and you should build on it! I would like to work with you to build something great

This is a bait and switch app that is NOT free. After using it to store a significant amount of data, it has suddenly demanded that I pay an annual subscription fee. I do not recommend using this app. I can no longer add new information and I am not longer able to export the data that I had stored there. There was never an indication that I was using a restricted version of the app nor was there any indication that I would eventually be locked out of it.

I lost all my data and now it won't load it back in. I changed my review from a one star to a four-star because this company helped me get everything I needed back. Great customer service. Thank you! App is thorough & comprehensive. I have used it for a long time but it seems to have new issues. The notes section inverts the title section & notes section once saved. It crashes when I try & print or send data from the app. I agree that having a start & end date for prescriptions would be great. Will add back the 2 stars when glitches are fixed.

Just installed to try it. Surprised to see that it would only let me enter a number for the medical insurance. I like millions others have better care and its number is a combination of digits and letters. I also have more than one health insurance and I do not see a way to enter more than 1 insurance policy. I suspect I will find other limitations soon.

I'm new but this seems to be a good app except it keeps losing the doctors I enter anf I have to go through a song and dance for the app to accept the name. Scratch my prior comment. I'm changing to 1 star. After 2 hrs. of data entry I'sick and tired of being told the person / place is not found. Maybe it would help to add an option to edit person/ place. I'll keep it for a while to see if I can figure it out. ( incert scream here)

Looks comprehensive and easy enough to use, although I still haven't had time to capture all the data that I'm intending to use the app for. [I'm using it purely to record personal data.] The intention is to track blood sugar and pressure, cholesterol levels, and to keep record of both readings and medication doses for those conditions. I'll review again and adjust my commentary in a few weeks once I've used the app to my full requirements.

Only just downloaded and subscribed for personal use. Very comprehensive app, well built and suits my needs. The only thing I would like additional is fingerprint instead of password and that the app auto locks... Currently if I leave my phone on the side without logging out, anyone can open the app and see my details and that of anyone else I have recorded. For that reason, only 3 stars as this is a major issue against protecting personal data. Would recommend app, hope security gets update

No, please don't change the birthdate to calender view, it is very hard to change the year of birth, the one before is good enough. Aside from that, if you can make the clinical history like Doctor at Work (plus), it is way better, they can separate anamnesis, physical exam, diagnosis and treatment to different tabs And if possible, can you make the patients list sorted by name or patient number (not ID)? The list is there but can't choose to sort by number. Thank you! Good job

sir your app is good to use and over all very good interface and use but one more thing patient age is not mentioned only date of birth.we live in Pakistan .mostly people not knowing your date of birth and one more thing parantage is nessarey mean son of daughter of and wife of please if you can mange this problem I am very thank ful to you

I’ve been a subscriber since 2021 and at that time it was the only one on the playstore that you could really keep all your records from different places in one app. It’s very versatile but even though its geared towards doctors or offices i am able to make it suit my needs because of the affordable price for the optional cloud storage. If i had it my way i would mske the developer put it on iOS because that’s what i use now!

I'm absolutely loving this app. Having it available to update appointments while I'm still at the appointment makes it so much easier to remember everything, especially with multiple family members

Um yeah. Not sure what happened. I opened this app today (granted, I rarely used the app) and it treated me like a brand new account. All my data is gone unless I saved it externally.... well, that was a waste

I like that it's free. The main reason I got the app was to keep an easy to access and fill-in my family's vaccines and meds. I wish the meds had a start and end date for record keeping. The layout of the vaccines could be clearer, but it works. I like that I can always add notes and I can add the basic info (blood pressure, weigh, etc) for each appointment to see patterns. I love that I can download an excel sheet of my info even though it's layout isnt as nice as the app.
