Used for approximately 3 months prior to paramedic NREMT. Took multiple practice tests and repetitively got 940 grades, none passing. Upon taking NREMT, passed first shot. Only putting 4 stars because the actual test felt quite a bit different than the NREMT. I imagine as time goes on they will improve the practice tests to be adjacent in feel, question difficulty, and accurate assessment of how one will perform on test. Will be recommending to all coworkers coming up to testing.

Love the modern, easy to use user interface. The instant rationale provided once you answer each question is great. Provides intelligent recommendations and smaller, focused quizzes so you can easily sharpen up some of your weaker areas. Everyone I've talked to that has used this program has been a first attempt pass on the registry paramedic exam.

It is a great app, passed NREMT with flying colors. I do have one suggestion, when you are going through the NREMT simulation, you might not have the time to finish it in one go every time. It is only my opinion, but maybe some type of pause button would be nice, with a penalization for using it, so it encourages you to do the full test at once. I think that having the flexibility to do a simulation test even on a busy day would be nice, but it is overall a great app.
