Been using Meescan for a couple months now. It’s basically a mobile app that lets you checkout library books without having to carry your card or wait in line. Pretty solid if you’re a bookworm like me.
Here’s what you do: you just scan the barcode on the book with your phone and it checks it out for you. And there’s also a feature where you can print out demo barcodes to test the app if your library doesn’t have it yet. And the whole process is super simple – took me a minute to figure out at first but now it’s second nature.
Look, if you’re into reading and using your local library, you’ll probably dig this. It’s not perfect – sometimes the scanning can be a bit finicky – but overall it does the job and saves you a ton of time. Definitely worth checking out.
