The app keeps crashing. Emailed the support multiple times with screenshots and recordings and had no response. I will be canceling my subscription.
Subscribed for one month, renewed automatically, asked for refund, and never got a response. App freezes alot. Very limited options. The chat on the app is not the best either. Needs work.
just ridiculous. download and upgraded. and the App stopped giving me profiles completely even though I upgraded. tried even using the option that shows previous profiles but nothing is working. sent an email for support but to no avail.
Unprofessional run app with at or above market rates. The app has stopped over a week ago and no response or communication from anyone (sent several emails but not response). This is totally unacceptable....scam is the right word really!
absolutely abysmal app. on the android, I can't even access the settings, because the top of the app goes through my camera and taskbar.
The worst free version of a dating app i've ever seen ! You can't like more than 1 person per day & then you have to wait for a whole day or use the premium which is expensive. Also you ask a lot of questions to make the account public. You should learn from bumble & well known apps
I used this app on both android and Apple.. It's working properly on Apple however on Android is not updated.. chat are stuck at certain date any texting after that doesn't come displayed or accessed to ... no notification.. on Android is not performing properly I tested it on some Android device
Nice idea, absolutely terrible execution. The app is useless for its purpose. 2 profiles a day is ridiculous, no matter what excuse you use. At least give 5. Your likes disappear regardless if you saw the other person or not in your stack. Which again, makes the app pointless if I can only see 2 people a day - by the time you get to the profile that liked you, it's "expired."
Paid for premium and only had it for the trial week, never rectified despite emailing. Also couldn't access buttons at the top of the screen without using a third party app to get rid of the notification bar.
The app has become useless. Several times my account stops working and this time they have no responded or fixed it. I contacted them 3 times. I also believe i was in the middle of the 30 days I paid for which is expensive to begin with.
