Can't ever get on cameras from my phone I always gotta restart phone or router which makes it useless when I'm away this has been going on for last couple month's. Are there anything I can do to fix this problem never had any problems with this app till last couple of month's also when it does work it shows my camera's are off line but I can switch to another camera and it works fine for 30 to 45 minutes. This app is junk keeps saying poor connection but it worked fine for one day.

I'm gonna end up having to buy morr security cameras if I want to use them with more than one device apparently. what's worse is that this is a recent development. to be added to an ever growing list of failures for this company and app.
Cameras are clear and have good distance reach as well as in infrared mode. Software lucks speed and accuracy. Though it works good during test period, once you start paying, the video recording sometimes freezes, which makes you miss important event parts. Delayed notifications allows quic thieves get at large before you get notified, explains why some videos show someone or something and then disappear suddenly.
If zero or even negative stars were allowed that would still be too good for this horrible app. There is absolutely no product or app support and very simply, the app DOES NOT WORK!! I can't even begin to list all of the problems - let's just say that the only feature that works is the login screen. How long it takes is a different story. And forget anything past that.
I was ok with it until I cancelled my subscription to the cloud. Because it wouldn't record 24/7. Once I cancelled it. My camera never worked again. It keeps giving me an invalid error code to add it back to the app. So now my camera just sits and gathers dust. I can't even sell it, since I can't show that it works.
I just received my order of 4 mini indoor cameras and they will not connect to the barcode that the app gives. I only got one camera to connect and now hours of hearing that voice saying "connection timed out..."on the rest of the camreas ...im getting very frustrated. And to top it off the customer support wont answer back at all after following the prompts. the whole thing is making me want to send this whole thing back.
This app is ticking me off!! I've repeatedly tried to install my Zmodo cameras that I've had for years! And the only way you can is by scanning the barcode, which this app doesn't do 🤷🏼♀️ then to top it off when you input the bar code manually you can't get any further!! Don't download hoping for an easier way because this app is just pointless!!
Overall the app is ok. The camera quality is great. My issue is that I often have major issues even getting access to the app. It won't open. Ask me to login. Takes forever, doesn't log in & then it says server timed out. This last for hours. It is very frustrating with the frequency it happens. UPDATE: The app doesn't play live without it freezing or the app crashing completely. It is extremely inconvenient & quite annoying. I have three cameras & they consistently say timed out.
Not a bad app, would like to store motion activated files to sdcard until deleted. Or redirect to Google drive. 5 year update, the cameras drops from the system an I have to re_add them at least every 6 months or so. The last time I was told to use zmodo app. That worked for awhile and it started again. Now I'm been told the cameras are on another account and cannot be added, also scanning the serial number comes back with an incorrect nomber.
The app used to be good. Now it totally sucks. I have lost two of my cameras after updates and they won't reset. Both went off at midnight at the same time. Tried everything including emails to meshare. I'm switching to a competitor that I am using in a different location. Meshare is beyond it's time and service to solve the problems is non-existent. camera is nice. clear picture. setup was easy. BUT the app is horrible. Can't so anything but look at live feed. thing just spins and spins. why don't the company send cameras home to all its employees so you can what needs improvement. Can't even get on live chat. I hope i can figure this out. Just little glitches. update: I reinstalled app and everything works. the motion alert isn't the best but for the price device works good. I hope they keep working on the app. Update. camera died.
Needs major update/overhaul as far as connection accuracy. Times out frequently, also don't get notifications for motion detected until 10 mins afterward, therefore a huge delay in reaction time. Setup was also a nightmare, with no help from C.s. or TUTORIAL anywhere. Subscription is WAY overpriced for 5 second CLIPS! Cameras do have accurate, clear night vision and the image is great for a $30 camera. Sound doesn't always come through on playback. Overall, my biggest issues are with the app!
I just installed the cameras and app, yesterday. Today, I've been at work for 4 hours, and I've had over 50+ notifications of the wind blowing branches on the trees, even though i set the notifications for vehicle or foot traffic only. I am not happy at all. The constant are draining my phones battery rapidly. Also the advertised 24/7 virtual help is nonexistant. I will be posting a similar review on amazon, for the cameras.
I've been using this since November but now I've recently had problems. It gets stuck in away mode making my phone ding everytime we walk through. I've tired uninstalling and it does the same thing. Now that my free subscription is ending it should work it's best but nope. And it's been too long for a return. Another device made just to last 6 months so you can be a sucker and get more. No thanks
After the update, coud not use on Windows desktop client. Browsers timeout very fast, and not usable. Android emulators are very slow. I have 8 useless cameras. They were the best at one time, but now👎, if meshare does not listen to the customers, they will loose a lot business, and eventually run-out of business. Google and see a lot of people are very angry.
I recently recieved the meShare camera setup. They are great and easy to use. Will notify me when a light glare and wind will move something. Will not notify me when people are in the parameters that were set. I pulled into my driveway and was moving around for 5 minutes and still didn't get a notification. Can be in camera view for 15min and no alert. Customer service doesn't respond to live chat.
App is still pretty buggy. For example I never see the camera page update to show that there were motion alerts. Also when trying to scrub through playback it doesn't register that I moved to a different time. The app is also missing features that I would really like. For example, being able to see a larger photo for motion alerts and maybe even a gif of the motion detected; being able to change the speed when playing recordings back. Overall the app is okay, but it still has a long way to go.
Camera work great. The app is a pain. I have subscribed all my camera. it even shows I have but the only easy part is that. to subscribe. not actually being able to see you gallery and I don't get any alerts. the app should be easy after you subscribe, it shouldn't be trying to have you do it again after you have been for a month. I can't access my video for the week just for the last 12hrs. this app needs to be better set up.
I bought a new camera and I have been unable to connect it. camera does not have a barcode on it. and the and the app will not recognize the serial number. second after a few days of trying the App log me off. it would not recognize my account. after about a week or so I was able to log in still cannot connect my camera. and since the app crash it lost all the information on my other cameras. I don't even know if those are going to hook up.
This app is ok. Does what it say it does for the most part. Allowing you to view your cams remotely from your mobile devices. But quite often, when you try to go view your cams, it will just load forever and eventually give you a device offline msg even though your wifi strength is strong and connected. Not the best and most reliable app at times when you need it. Also, when I'm adding a new device, it's only giving me an option to scan the code which never works. Plus app no longer alerts.
