Can't ever get on cameras from my phone I always gotta restart phone or router which makes it useless when I'm away this has been going on for last couple month's. Are there anything I can do to fix this problem never had any problems with this app till last couple of month's also when it does work it shows my camera's are off line but I can switch to another camera and it works fine for 30 to 45 minutes. This app is junk keeps saying poor connection but it worked fine for one day.

I am looking at my account on one device but when I try to login on a different device I'm told my account doesn't exist. can not get ahold of support either. I'm gonna end up having to buy morr security cameras if I want to use them with more than one device apparently. what's worse is that this is a recent development. to be added to an ever growing list of failures for this company and app.
Cameras are clear and have good distance reach as well as in infrared mode. Software lucks speed and accuracy. Though it works good during test period, once you start paying, the video recording sometimes freezes, which makes you miss important event parts. Delayed notifications allows quic thieves get at large before you get notified, explains why some videos show someone or something and then disappear suddenly.
If zero or even negative stars were allowed that would still be too good for this horrible app. There is absolutely no product or app support and very simply, the app DOES NOT WORK!! I can't even begin to list all of the problems - let's just say that the only feature that works is the login screen. How long it takes is a different story. And forget anything past that.
I was ok with it until I cancelled my subscription to the cloud. Because it wouldn't record 24/7. Once I cancelled it. My camera never worked again. It keeps giving me an invalid error code to add it back to the app. So now my camera just sits and gathers dust. I can't even sell it, since I can't show that it works.
I just received my order of 4 mini indoor cameras and they will not connect to the barcode that the app gives. I only got one camera to connect and now hours of hearing that voice saying "connection timed out..."on the rest of the camreas ...im getting very frustrated. And to top it off the customer support wont answer back at all after following the prompts. the whole thing is making me want to send this whole thing back.
This app is ticking me off!! I've repeatedly tried to install my Zmodo cameras that I've had for years! And the only way you can is by scanning the barcode, which this app doesn't do 🤷🏼‍♀️ then to top it off when you input the bar code manually you can't get any further!! Don't download hoping for an easier way because this app is just pointless!!
Overall the app is ok. The camera quality is great. My issue is that I often have major issues even getting access to the app. It won't open. Ask me to login. Takes forever, doesn't log in & then it says server timed out. This last for hours. It is very frustrating with the frequency it happens. UPDATE: The app doesn't play live without it freezing or the app crashing completely. It is extremely inconvenient & quite annoying. I have three cameras & they consistently say timed out.
Not a bad app, would like to store motion activated files to sdcard until deleted. Or redirect to Google drive. 5 year update, the cameras drops from the system an I have to re_add them at least every 6 months or so. The last time I was told to use zmodo app. That worked for awhile and it started again. Now I'm been told the cameras are on another account and cannot be added, also scanning the serial number comes back with an incorrect nomber.
The app used to be good. Now it totally sucks. I have lost two of my cameras after updates and they won't reset. Both went off at midnight at the same time. Tried everything including emails to meshare. I'm switching to a competitor that I am using in a different location. Meshare is beyond it's time and service to solve the problems is non-existent.
