Been using Messages for a couple months now. It’s basically a text messaging app that lets you send SMS and MMS to all your contacts. Pretty solid app if you’re into staying connected with friends and family.
Here’s what you do: you can send texts, photos, stickers, and more. And there’s also some cool features like getting notifications when you arrive at places and quick actions after calls. Took me a while to figure out some of the settings but it’s all pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it.
Look, if you’re looking for a simple, reliable messaging app, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a little annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re tired of your default messaging app.

So here's my honest take on Messages. I've tested a bunch of messaging apps and this one's pretty good overall. The core features work really well - it's fast, secure, and has all the basics covered. The location-based notifications and after call actions are actually pretty useful too. My only real gripe is the ads, which can get old after a while. But you can pay a few bucks to remove them. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you want a no-frills messaging app that just works.

i'm not getting photos or videos people try to send, there is no recently sent group anymore. new Samsung 25 didnt want me to use this app..but all my texts...
