using mobile data still waiting on my messages! too many excuses! why do the app work one day and the next no messages? can't the app work without the permission of another app but my data has been used? pls fix your problem with the other app

I can't receive or send a message from this app. kindly rectify the problem for me... I will wait for 24hrs if not fixed I will delete the app

The app is good at several aspects such as SMS scheduling, easy navigation and multiple themes, but it has a drawback in that to delete messages in a chat, you have to select them one by one even if there are hundreds of them. Make it easier to select multiple messages to delete and add a "Clear chat" option and you will get 5 stars from me.

i'm not getting photos or videos people try to send, there is no recently sent group anymore. new Samsung 25 didnt want me to use this app..but all my texts are on this app. too much business to walk away from.

not a fan. has adds at the bottom of the app, and there is no deleted folder. Just going back to the regular phone app. not worth the download if I already have an app that does what this one does that came with the phone.

WOW WHERE TO START app keeps telling me I have alot of messages and then I'll check and nothing not a single damn message, this MARKETING PLOY ISN'T GOING TO WORK! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR CHOICES! Just lowered your stars 🌟 and I gotta tell you now if I could give negative 5 stars I would, absolutely disgusting!

it's not like the original messaging I had on my phone before this one. have had this one around 5 months? it doesn't show me when I have messages,I have to open the app to see if I have any

This is the worst App! Everyday it says you've got a new message or text & No I Do Not! Ridiculous! It still says I've got a new message but I DON'T!!! WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOUR TEXTING APP??? Still happening 😡

i thought this app would be a good alternative to Google Messaging app (which i find intrusive, with privacy issues) However, my malware detector just flagged THIS app as a "threat" - so i looked up its privcy policy and (tbh) i am SHOCKED by how this app defines "privacy" and the reasons given for choosing to DISPENSE with users' "right to privacy"... 😱. Uninstalled.

sends notifications that I have new messages, when there are no new messages. clicked toggle to turn it off, but continues to happen. Ads after every conversation.

I cannot receive pictures of any type (not even GIFS). I don't like having ads pop up on my text messages every time I use it. Everything time I hang up from a call I'm directed to messages with auto prompts to send to the person I spoke with.

awful. intrusive ads and tells you everyday at the end of the day that "someone has sent you a message" even though that isn't true. The only reason I'm using this app is so that I can use Bixby to send messages on my galaxry watch. But I cannot read messages on the watch now because this a does not have a galaxy watch equivalent it seems

trying to set up new phone, can't get to verification text code, because darn ads keep popping up. The sign in is only good for so long, and I keep missing it because of ads! Piece of S##t app! Would give zero if I could!

I have been forced to change my Samsung phone to Google messenger...so far I'm not a fan. Can't find a way to star/pin my favorite people so their messages are at the top. Can't seem to start app without ads covering the whole screen and needing to be deleted. And today, all the sender's names are missing and some of their photos, too. I can usually adjust to change, but this is too much!

It's not a horrible app but it's not good either. I've had it for a while and I get really annoyed with it. It was a good app at first but then all the ads tend to get annoying. The ads are constant! I open the app-ad! Click on one of my contacts-ad! Try to send photos-ad! Also, I haven't been receiving notifications from this app. I have the settings to where I should be receiving text message pop-ups on my screen. May be that I need to reset my phone but if that doesn't work I'm deleting this.

There are a lot of ads that often block the entire screen. I wish there was an option to purchase this without ads. When I updated my phone, this was the least awful of the texting apps now available. There isn't much you can do to customize the view or the app. I type using my custom font, and it changes to their default font when I send the message. This is very disappointing. The ads are very annoying and there's a lot of them.

Frustrated, On numerous occasions I start to type a message and I get an ad pop up right in the middle of it and the same goes for when I'm reading a message. When it's something urgent I don't have time for pop up ads. Also many times I've tried closing the ads but they won't close unless I restart "message" which means I have to try and remember everything I typed and RE-TYPE EVERYTHING. 🤬 I understand you need revenue to keep your app alive but for goodness sakes, add some control.

Too many Ads & picture messages not clear. In order to send a text, you have to go through a Ad. To get a text, you go through a Ad. To close out of the messaging app, you have to see a Ad. Then, when you send a picture to someone, it's not clear like it shows before sending. Sometimes when someone sends me a picture, it doesn't come through, but I see others liking or loving the pic. Will uninstall once I find a better app.

forced to start using this app versus the Verizon message+ app that I have used for years. if I could have zero stars, I would!!! the app immediately started not only being my IM app but trust to integrate itself into phone answering and other areas. pisses me off. oh yeah, it has advertising that is slow to load and sometimes doesn't let you do anything until the ad is fully visible. it is also hard to exit when you don't want to be texting. I can't wait to see what other joys (sarcasm).
