Opaque. No access to human to ask questions & receive direction. When I can find another resource, I'll immediately stop using this advertisement platform. I've spent FAR MORE $$$ than I understood & instead of increasing my business, it's now in further debt. The business is struggling to pay these additional costs.
oh man how I wish I can give zero stars, I try to login it says they texted me a code, but where? not mentioned, no resend button, I checked phone, email and try closing the app and again several times, same. I try logging with other means, Instagram and they required authenticator code, I go to authenticator to pick up the code, I go back to this useless and and voila the app went back to default page and there's no way to enter the code
totally sucks!!! I created an add, the radius bar wasn't working. everytime I moved it to 4p mile radius it would move back to 1 mile. then there system had a glitch in it and charged me almost $500 for a day of advertising for something I paid $500 for 3 weeks bot one day!! then trying to get someone in customer service to fix it is WORTHLESS! THEY PLAY HOT POTATOE WITH IT AND NOTHING GETS DONE!!! THEY ARE STILL ROLLING THE MO EY WHEEL AND MY ADDS ARENT EVEN RUNNING!!! im done with them!
I was sceptical about the 4.7 rating. Did Meta actually produce something good? I was delighted to find out that incompetency has not been a missing feature in this app. E.g. the minute I want to drill down into my ad performance and would select a 7 day range, the ads still show a 1 day range. Or select table view on an ad set and ads from a completely different ad set and the campaign finally loads after a minute waiting. Bravo Meta.
I’m facing an issue with FPX payment in the Meta Ads app. After selecting FPX and my bank, it either redirects back into Facebook with a blank white screen or goes to the browser showing “Pending Verification” before I can even make payment. I’ve updated everything and even cleared cookies, which only worked temporarily. The problem still persists.
Awfull, for days now I keep trying to post an ad and simply does not work. Status of ad shows " active" in ad but it's not out there, no confirmation that it has been posted like when you post it from the facebook app itself or the computer, no charges no views, nothing. just a complete waste of time
We stopped running an ad because the app showed no updates to impressions or reach after the first hour, stagnated at 1K views. Looked at performance this morning and we actually had 10K views and should have kept running the ad. App still doesn't show updated data from the weekend. Fix this!
When creating an ad, it says you can use the text you supplied or text variations. This "or" option doesn't actually exist as I have no ability to turn off the ad text variations. Please stop updating ads with parameters users did not select and applying unwanted AI tools. I understand this is how you milk your users for data, but I don't want these features and would like to be able to turn them off completely.
I take it as too much complicated. I didn't run any ad but it shows payment unsettled and asks me to give the pending payment which even I don't know what payment. and I I want to pay that it say unsuccessful. So honestly, my experience is too bad . I think if meta makes it more easier to use and give all options clearly they can generate more payments . So from my side. I wanted to give 0 star🌟. but for now. 1 Only
