Opaque. No access to human to ask questions & receive direction. When I can find another resource, I'll immediately stop using this advertisement platform. I've spent FAR MORE $$$ than I understood & instead of increasing my business, it's now in further debt. The business is struggling to pay these additional costs.

oh man how I wish I can give zero stars, I try to login it says they texted me a code, but where? not mentioned, no resend button, I checked phone, email and try closing the app and again several times, same. I try logging with other means, Instagram and they required authenticator code, I go to authenticator to pick up the code, I go back to this useless and and voila the app went back to default page and there's no way to enter the code

totally sucks!!! I created an add, the radius bar wasn't working. everytime I moved it to 4p mile radius it would move back to 1 mile. then there system had a glitch in it and charged me almost $500 for a day of advertising for something I paid $500 for 3 weeks bot one day!! then trying to get someone in customer service to fix it is WORTHLESS! THEY PLAY HOT POTATOE WITH IT AND NOTHING GETS DONE!!! THEY ARE STILL ROLLING THE MO EY WHEEL AND MY ADDS ARENT EVEN RUNNING!!! im done with them!

I was sceptical about the 4.7 rating. Did Meta actually produce something good? I was delighted to find out that incompetency has not been a missing feature in this app. E.g. the minute I want to drill down into my ad performance and would select a 7 day range, the ads still show a 1 day range. Or select table view on an ad set and ads from a completely different ad set and the campaign finally loads after a minute waiting. Bravo Meta.

I’m facing an issue with FPX payment in the Meta Ads app. After selecting FPX and my bank, it either redirects back into Facebook with a blank white screen or goes to the browser showing “Pending Verification” before I can even make payment. I’ve updated everything and even cleared cookies, which only worked temporarily. The problem still persists.

Awfull, for days now I keep trying to post an ad and simply does not work. Status of ad shows " active" in ad but it's not out there, no confirmation that it has been posted like when you post it from the facebook app itself or the computer, no charges no views, nothing. just a complete waste of time

We stopped running an ad because the app showed no updates to impressions or reach after the first hour, stagnated at 1K views. Looked at performance this morning and we actually had 10K views and should have kept running the ad. App still doesn't show updated data from the weekend. Fix this!

When creating an ad, it says you can use the text you supplied or text variations. This "or" option doesn't actually exist as I have no ability to turn off the ad text variations. Please stop updating ads with parameters users did not select and applying unwanted AI tools. I understand this is how you milk your users for data, but I don't want these features and would like to be able to turn them off completely.

I take it as too much complicated. I didn't run any ad but it shows payment unsettled and asks me to give the pending payment which even I don't know what payment. and I I want to pay that it say unsuccessful. So honestly, my experience is too bad . I think if meta makes it more easier to use and give all options clearly they can generate more payments . So from my side. I wanted to give 0 star🌟. but for now. 1 Only

Terrible. Apparently even though you can only see the data for the 3 day duration of ad campaign, they keep charging you for the ad if you havent entered an end date, yet it advertises 3 day campaign. And trying to speak to someone else about being refunded, they refused to transfer you, so to the ombudsman it is. I suggest everyone download your bills, they've still charged me for ads without providing any views at all. U pay for a boost, not a full style on going campaign.

A complete waste of money. I paid $23 for a campaign that lasted 3 days, and got almost no useful results. Very complicated to use. The amounts they tell you may look like the total spending for the time period. It's not it's each day. They were charging me $6 a day to advertise a car for sale. That's the equivalent of $180 per month. A ridiculous amount of money for a car ad. Total rip-off. Stay away.

Facebook ads in general is by far the worst thing I have ever experienced. It never works, constantly disabled account for nonesense reasons, and then when you try to get it activated again, facebook just sends you a form and it doesn't even list my accounts. When I submit a request, they close my case and just tell me to go to the help center. It's borderline criminal and if you can get away without using facebook ads, I would highly suggest you do it. Should be 0/5 stars.

This app is terrible. I already have a Facebook account when I try to create an add and actually spend money with you, all the add type are grayed out and it takes me to a different site to create account. It then says page not found. And brings me back to your app. I've been trying for 4 days with no results! I have installed and Uninstalled, I have logged out and back in, restart on my phone, I'm out of options.

Charging me .56 for a campaign that I wasn't running any ads for. I stopped that campaign months ago and they were running it anyway. I had to download this app just to delete the campaign so they won't to that to me again. I set the limit to one cent after I paid it and within minutes got a notification that my limit had been reached. It wasn't even an active campaign. So, hopefully now that I deleted the whole thing, it is done and over with. After the bill me for .01 the end of February 🙄

Costly disaster! It kept saying the payment didn't go through. Couldn't make payment via credit cards. Tried using Pay Pal. I kept receiving messages that the payments didn't go through. Now my account shows multiple, duplicate payments made!!! The ai generated messages are NO help at all!!! There are no humans here!!! It is costing hours trying to fix this, if it is ever fixed!? Very expensive and time consuming mistake using this app/system!!!

I was given a credit to run an ad (which I used) then when the time was up, I then canceled the ad but they kept trying to charge me. The system won't let you remove your card so I had to go to PayPal and have them block FB. now I get endless notifications all day telling me my "payment was unsuccessful". I dont owe money and I can't turn off the notifications. Tried to contact FB and of course never answer.

Waste of time and money. Projected reach numbers are always hugely inflated (you will get about 1/10th of the impressions they say you will. Only ads that work are those to get page likes, then you have to pay to boost your posts, or they shown to No one. Spend you ad money elsewhere. Update 5/2023: somehow, it's even worse. Zero return on investment. The app is confusing, and doesn't work half the time.

It's a really great app in that it's easy to set up and maintain your ads. However, my account got hacked. Facebook disabled it, and there's nothing in their FAQ's about how to reopen the account. And of course, there's NO phone # to call and discuss it with anyone. I sent several emails but didnt receive a reply. So, if you decide to advertise on FB, which almost doubled my business, know that there is ZERO customer service if you need assistance with an ad or u have a billing issue!

Terrible! I tried to use the app to pay and it caused my account to be charged twice, making USAA think it was fraud. Reached out to FB and they restricted my ad account without anyone responding or notifying me! I have never had a problem with FB/ Meta. But I figured being on the move in July preparing for a funeral, it would be easy to do things on my phone and you can't do meta in the FB app. you have to download this app in order to use it. Wish I never did! I give it -0 if I could!
