I first used metamask 5 years ago and decided to get back in to it. So I imported my wallet from my seed phrase and got started adding networks. I couldn't get the Fantom Opera added. For example: 1) You enter the RPC URL by copy pasting from the docs? Invalid. 2) You enter the block explorer url from the docs? Invalid. 3)You get lucky and the app accepts everything except the black explorer which is optional? The save button stays greyed out. I gave up and switched wallets.

The new Android mobile app has issues. Every week the finger print fails, then password doesn't work and I have to delete the app and start again with seed words. And also adding other networks is an absolute pain now and I am not going to use anymore. It is not worth the hassle. Now it is not possible to manually add custom url. I tried adding Flare and others and the manaul is not possible to do. it seems to be getting worse. I tried other chains as well and not possible. Samsung Android 16.

the old review was outdated because the new update changed it all again. still 1☆. Android, the top ½ of screen is locked with info that could fit in the top⅕ of screen. we can only scroll a miniature section at the bottom leaving us room to see about 2-3 holdings. do devs bother using the app? or just push it on us? wouldn't it be great to use the WHOLE screen instead of the petty little bit they leave available.

completely useless for token research within the app. doesn't hold a point on the graphs just completely wigs out. shows me my balance and then I have to use other components from another company to do conversions anyway so ultimately all this app does it show my balance for the day and nothing else

I've had thousands of dollars stolen from various metamask accounts. I currently only use it because I still have presale tokens coming in. since the latest update i can't even access my tokens from the presale. so what gives? no one from metamask ever takes any responsibility for anything that happens, we have to agree to this in order to use the app. so basically I recommend against this wallet, despite its popularity and it being often the only real alternative for decentralized crypto.

In Metamask Browser, Galxe or any tasks, when clicked on the URL to open, show a "page not exist" error. There is no option to go to favorite links, and favorite links don’t even show up in the UI. With every update, the same issues keep coming up.

Really needs to improve BSC compatibility. Tries to set gas prices way too high automatically for most transactions. Doesn't let you set them yourself by default. If you're in a hurry, you might process the transaction without thinking about it, costing you more than what's being moved in the transaction itself. Absolutely unacceptable. Also doesn't open new browser windows unless it's the default browser app, apparently?
