Tried six different ways to install this "so-called" 'app'. Which isn't an app now..... isn't an app if you can't install it. ☹🤮 Bob. Put it on another server please.

This app is Awesome! Goodbye quarters! Huge quality of life changer right here. I've never gotten a ticket using this app!

Pulling up to a meter and searching your car for a quarter you don't have is a thing of the past. This is exactly what Erie needs.

Horrible app and horrible customer service. No directions of any detail. Pay cash so you don't have to worry about getting a ticket either.

Really convenient! Like most people I haven't had quarters on me since 2007 so this is great. The UI is intuitive and easy to use. Good stuff.

It is such a scam how the city doesn't have physical meters in so many places, so people are forced to use this app which charges them additional fees they have no option around.

Easy to use, but I remember way back when hospital parking was free. The one caveat is, using the app is cheaper than the ramps.

Surcharges for a parking meter? What a crock. A 5 minute errand costs double using this app. Unless you use it every single day and prepay with their currency, just remember your quarters.

Takes too long to sign in to the right meter and pay. Costs too much. I'll use quarters for true convenience.

I cannot be comfortable with the information.requested in.order to use this app. The the privacy policy is a separate link that must be copied and pasted into the browser to access, which makes me suspicious of their stated concern for privacy. I have deleted the app.

Use it when I'm doing shows at the Erie Playhouse. Very easy to use...plus I can add time without going out to the car Very useful when rehearsals run longer than expected

works great and gave me $3 free on first signup. easy to use once setup and low fee of 20 to 40 cents just low enough to be worth the convenience of not have to find or remember to bring quarters.

1st time using the app in Erie for 20 minutes the app showed rate $.25 I used only 10 minutes. At the end they charged $.65 instead of $.25. Wonder what happened if you used 1 or 2 hours, what will be the accurate rate?

I no longer need to scrounge for change, or run out of a meeting to feed a meter! This app has saved me time and gives me piece of mind because I know exactly how much time is left on my meter.

I have tried multiple time to sign in, even closed account and started over with new password. got message "incorrect information. changed password again and still cannot login. I used this app for several years and suddenly it does not work.

This app has saved me on more than one occasion. I work in the city and rarely have time during my bartending shift to walk to my car to put quarters in the meter. Very user-friendly and straightforward

A lot of hoops just to pay to park. $10 minimum. Google pay or Apple pay would make much more since than setting up this app: Signing up, logging in, adding car tag, credit card, etc, then funding the account. Ended up not parking.

App used to be great, used to. Now after the "privacy improvements" besides the previous random log out. Now it did that then when I logged back in welcomed me back. Which would be great if it didn't delete my account, vehicles gone, payment forms, gone too along with the history. Thanks it's really good privacy when they literally erase everything.

The latest version of the app (currently running v2.0.16) is a huge improvement over previous versions. The UI is more thoughtfully laid out, making it much more convenient to use than before. A recommendation for the Android build: a permanent notification during an active parking session that shows remaining time, plus has a button to quickly add time.

Super convenient! Parking with one click and updating while in a store, is super helpful. I hadn't used it in a while and came back to a beautiful refreshed graphics and ability to assign cars and colors, now it's even easier to select between multiple cars when parking. Highly recommended app!
